Schneller, zuverlässiger und reibungsloser Kontakt über WhatsApp. Die Gastgeberin verfügte über ein sehr gutes Englisch, war freundlich, bei Problemen sofort erreichbar und effizient. Eine nächtliche und späte Anreise war für sie absolut in Ordnung und erklärte uns alles was das Apartment betraf, den Ort und Palermo.

Cristiana is an amazing host. She not only waited for us so late (we arrived close to midnight) but also pointed us to a great place where we could have dinner that late. Everything in the apartment was as great as expected, clean and comfy.
The shower was a bit small and tight if you are 190, but not impossible to use.

Our stay at this apartment was fantastic! The host was great and accommodated our early check-in request at 10 AM instead of 3 PM. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. Highly recommended!

Great apartment , very clean with beautiful spacious rooms and had all the necessities. We loved the location only few minutes walking to the beach. Cristiana was a wonderful host!

Property was 1st floor apartment, two bedrooms. Only minutes walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Lovely clean apartment with owners very close and very helpful.
The area itself is very busy with lots of people, cars etc and so the noise from traffic was quite loud at certain times.

Very good location if you want to make most of the beach holiday. Good specious apartment. Close to all restaurants.Very helpful hosts. Daughter Laura is fantastic and very helpful. Speaks very good English.

The location of Near the Beach is excellent, on walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The owner is very friendly and helpfull. The property was perfect.

The property was an excellent value for the money we paid. With only 2-3 minutes away from the main beach in Mondello and about 10-15 minutes from all the restaurants in town centre, it was extremely convenient.
We loved the property. We had absolute privacy despite being next door to our host. The property is in perfect condition and the host left us with extras such as bottles of water ready for us when we arrived, little bits for breakfast and a lot of coffee, which I loved.
The kitchen is fully equipped so we saved a lot of money by deciding to have breakfast and sometimes lunch at home.
Everything about the property was lovely, from the sight of seaside from one of the balconies, to the very comfortable bed and safety.
The host was available to us over text messages and helped us with anything we needed.
Will be planning to come back again.

Many thanks to the hostess, Cristiana, she was very friendly and helpful! The house contained everything promised and more! The pictures show everything correctly, the view from the balkonies is lovely - one to the sea, one in the direction of the mountains. Highly recommended!
