Indico e voltaria com certeza.

Gostei muito da vista e do quarto. O quarto que fiquei era bem bonito e tinha vista para o mar de Busan. Além da praia o hotel fica pertinho do trem colorido que é atração turística em Busan.

Poderia ter uma estação de metrô mais próxima 😄

Not as it looks on the pictures. Bad staff.

Nice view, but windows were dirty.

Strongly recommend to avoid this place. First of all from the main station and port it is super far, takes around an 1/5 to get there. Way closer waterfronts along the road. Secondly, rooms are dirty. I’ve been in 2 of them. I’ll attach pictures. Dust in the sink area, black hair all over the room (I am blond). Walls has many spots and skirting board living its last days. Windows are dirty, view is not as enjoyable. Bed is super hard. Eventually Hotel changed my room, to way smaller and in the same condition. I found black hair, spots all over the place as well, squeaky broken cupboard and yellow spots on the toilet. I had no toilet paper, so had to go down to pick it up. Pathetic. They didn’t apologise either. Bathroom was broken, dirty water was coming out of missing drain. Breakfast is small, 5ish plates+fried eggs and noodles in a package. Nuts were not fresh. And not the nicest part - there is a tram, so you can hear it all day long. Thirdly, the staff of the hotel are incredibly rude. I had an issue with my card, but had enough cash. I started worrying about.it, since hotel takes card details in case to give you fines!!!! They started to push on me. I said that I can pay in dollars and the receptionist said “Let me see your $, how much do you have”. I said, I have enough just tell me what’s the total and he moved his hand towards my wallet. I was stumped. He said, he wants to see $ which I have and how much do I have. I wanted to leave this place. Eventually staff calmed down and I paid by card for the place. I went towards elevator area and he proceeded my name incorrectly. I said it’s not my name, then he raised his voice at me that I have to come back to the reception desk again and give him booking confirmation and passport (just to let you know they were checking me in for 20 minutes already.) Without any excuses he was checking my name one more time and said it incorrectly again. Awful disrespectful staff.

Great location for beach enthusiasts

Great location, close to the beach, and restaurants. Great size bed, the spa was huge! We love the water pressure and the bidet. The fact that the toilet and shower have their own doors to give you that privacy.

Easter holiday

The room was a good size with a great view of the beach. Breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. Was in a quiet location, so was able to chill after the pace of Seoul but Haehundae was a 15 min scenic train ride away. Staff very helpful and ordered taxis for us.

매우 만족 스럽습니다

객실에서 바다가 보여서 너무 좋았습니다. 공간도 넓은 편이고 욕조도 있고 전체적으로 깨끗한 편입니다. 가성비가 매우 좋은 듯 합니다. 조식도 사진으로 봤을땐 추가 비용없이 이정도면 너무 푸짐한데 싶었는데, 저희는 아침 일찍 체크아웃 해야 해서 못먹었는데 이 가격에 이정도 룸 컨디션과 서비스라면 너무너무 만족스럽습니다.

眺めが最高！

ocean viewのお部屋で眺めが最高です。バブルバスだついていて旅の疲れが癒やされました。朝ごはんはたくさんのビュッフェではないけど十分美味しくいただけました。

冬に行ったのに廊下の窓が全部空いていて寒かった。 2部屋取ったが片方の部屋のバブルバスを使うと汚れが出できた。部屋の清掃が行き届いてない。

The spa bath and view from the room was amazing. The breakfast was okay.

The best hotel in Songjeong

This was my fourth stay at the hotel, and I was able to get the room I wanted. As usual, everything was clean, comfortable and convenient. Plus I always appreciate it as a solo traveler to be given two keys. It's still my favorite hotel to stay at when I'm in Songjeong.

This the time the WiFi went in and out a few times for short amounts of time, but it didn't last too long.

Нам очень понравилось расположение отеля, у нас был вид на море. Правда нас поселили на 6 этаже, в следующий раз нужно будет заказывать заранее последний этаж. Думаю там вид еще шикарнее😍 Это единственный отель где на двери есть цепочка. Что меня очень удивило😳 Еще и завтрак включен в стоимость🤤 было обалденно

Единственный минус это выезд с 11 утра, а так нас все устроило

A Hidden Hotel Gem in Busan! With beach view!

Wow! So clean and modern. It looks better in person and my wife and I loved how comfortable it was especially the spa tub 😱

That I couldnt stay there longer and enjoy it more especially the welcoming staff.

Hotel przyjazny dla swoich gości, godny polecenia !

Piękny widok na morze :) Pokoje urządzone, tak jak widać było w ofercie na stornie. Czysto ! Personel miły i bardzo pomocny ! Jeszcze raz dziękuję za pomoc i zakwaterowanie, kiedy wraz z koleżankami w środku nocy uciekłyśmy z The Port Hotel Busan, gdzie karaluchy chodziły swobodnie po pokojach...

Jedyny minus jaki dostrzegam to śniadania mało urozmaicone w porównaniu do innych hoteli co było zaskoczeniem.

Отель - сказка!

Отель и номер просто восхитительны. Хотели бы отдельно отметить мужчину на рессепшне, который работал в ночную смену - помогал со всем, хороший английский. Отель расположен рядом с конечной остановкой blue line, что позволило насладиться этой достопримечательностью. Пляж немноголюдный - прекрасно подходит для семейного отдыха. Завтраки были вкусными)

When very bad weather resulted in train cancellation and one day late arrival, hotel was unwilling to adjust bill.

Amazing hotel. Super nice staff, the room was beautiful and clean. I would recommend this place to everyone. Free breakfast was really good

Bus is the only way to reach the metro station. Since taxi are cheap we will recommend that instead of pubblic transportation

Great ocean view room with nice value per bucks.

Great locations to Songjeong beach, comfortable facilities and great staff

Not that I disliked, but if you want to stay near Haeundae beach, where all the hotels and entertainments are located, it is still 20-min car-ride away.

Very clean, shower was especially nice.

There are charges for things that seem like they should be complimentary, such as extra towels or an extra blanket. If you request to check in early it's 10,000 extra per hour early that you arrive. If you lose the one keycard issued, there's a 20,000 won charge. Just seemed odd for so many things to have an extra charge attached.
