It's was good enjoying family time and the outdoor with the deers around and the lake down the hall it was beautiful out doors with natural. Alot of room in the living room and kitchen and downstairs to enjoy family time.

Large home, needs some maintenance.
Beautiful lot but too far from restaurants and grocery store. No Lake access on property but the lake can be seen. We were unable to use one of the bedrooms because it had a strong odor of fuel coming from the adjacent garage. One of the beds has a massive wooden headboard that had been bolted to the wall but pulled out of the wall and rocked freely back and forth from any movement in the bed. That was rather scary. The oversized spa tub filter didn’t work so the water was murky. The breaker kept tripping as well. There is a beach about 20 minutes away. Half of the outdoor furniture on the deck is shot. The carpet tacks are exposed in the walkways. One of my family members stepped on them and received a bloody injury.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The pictures depicted the home exactly as it was. (However, I was disappointed that there was no jungle gym/fort as mentioned in the description. The kids would have loved that.)
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans of various sizes. We cooked several meals for the 12 of us and had everything we needed. (We did bring a few things, just to be sure we had them, but we really didn't need to do that.)
The owners were great about answering our questions and were very attentive to details to make our stay enjoyable. It was great to have the hot tub and swim pool. The kids really enjoyed that!
We highly recommend this place as it is lovely with plenty of room for everyone.

This is a beautiful and comfortable home. The large couch was so comfortable we didn’t want to get up. The house had plenty of room for my family of 12. It was very cold when we went and all the areas were a comfortable temperature, even the basement.
This house is a little far out from any grocery or convenience shopping, so make sure to prepare for that. The land is gorgeous, however, and the views are excellent.
The kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t need for anything after purchasing the food we wanted. I loved the size of the kitchen, we could have multiple cooks cooking at one time. All the dinner seating was very nice too.
All in all it was a fantastic stay and we would go back!

We rode motorcycles to the house. The roads are TERRIBLE! the actual house is in pretty good condition although, there is no use of the garage, they did not state that only half of the pool/ hot tub works. Not even half really. You can seat 12 people in it. The part that works seats 3. We had 6 people there. The master bath shower controls squirt water everywhere except where you want it. All in all the stay was fine. The wooden deck is in major need of repair. The TV in the master bedroom I swear is a 19" tv that was made in 2001. No other TV in the basement except a huge projection tv that was so out of focus we didn't even try to watch it. Plus, we are all adults and had to look at stick on stars on the ceiling at night. I doubt I will ever stay there again. Middle of nowhere. 18 miles to the closest place to get food,gas or anything else. And it takes you 40 minutes to drive the 18 miles! Last but not least, you pay a $249 cleaning fee, and the house rules tells you to CLEAN EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I get picking things up and leave it as you got there, but come on, what's the maid doing, a load of laundry and sweep the floors for $249.00!!! I'm in the wrong business!

Nice large house in a good location. It just needs some TLC. Hot tub worked off and on. Broken outside stair, dish washer rack broke and the piano needs major tuning. All very minor and Rob one of the contacts was very receptive and appreciative when I told him of these minor issues. We'd stay there again.

The grill only has 2 working burners making it difficult to prepare food.
Hot tub not completely clear, which was because of trouble getting chemicals. We could not get in subdivision pool because we had no key and we were told we didn’t need one. The only thing we really liked was the size of the home.

We really loved the house! Lots of space for everyone to spread out! We went on a trip with a few other couple and each couple had their own room! The house was great - the kitchen was huge - lots of space for eating and cooking. The bar area in the basement was also great! We had so much fun spreading outing watching movies, playing games, and enjoyed making cocktails at the bar. There was also a pool hot tub at the space which was wonderful! The water was a little green but worked great otherwise. The home is pet friendly - we brought our two pups and they house had gates on the deck which kept the dog going in the backyard / lake. The neighbors we great our dogs played with the neighbor dogs and the gentleman was so kind. We also met another couple down the road who were so sweet! Overall everyone loved their stay and we would certainly return! Couple of not so greats - the pillows / sheets in the bedroom are worn and not really comfortable. I would recommend bringing pillows and blankets. There was a lot of things we found broken throughout the house. Also the outside lower deck had glass, metal pieces, nails and hard plastic debris scattered throughout. We brought dogs we we were aware of the surroundings. Some of the items were what we would call camping clean but not super clean which was alright we just made sure to wash and rinse as necessary. Plan to pack- cleaning products, trash bags, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. - blankets and pillows if you are picky- extra beach towels if you have a large group

This year, due to covid, we wanted to stay in this house because it has an awesome theater room and we would be staying at the house the majority of our time there. There was a football game we were excited to see. The theater room nor any of the televisions in the house worked. We called the homeowner and the satellite company and the owner tried to get them to come fix it, but they couldn't come fix it until Tuesday. We were very disappointed! We also brought some groceries to make breakfast and there were no skillets. There were skillets when we stayed previously. We enjoyed our stay and the house is great! It just didn't quite live up to our expectations we had based on our previous stay.

This year, due to covid, we wanted to stay in this house because it has an awesome theater room and we would be staying at the house the majority of our time there. There was a football game we were excited to see. The theater room nor any of the televisions in the house worked. We had a great time swimming. We loved that it was located just across the street. The kids really enjoyed the fishing. The caught several perch every evening.

Great place but not what we expected
The selling point for us was the swim spa and jacuzzi.. both were inoperable and we were not given advance notice or advised there were issues with it.
House was beautiful ,yet the kitchen was poorly stocked. The couches were easily separated and often fell backwards when sat on.
We apparently took the beach towels and we're unaware, for that I feel bad and offered to pay for them.
All in all we had a great time even though we were dissatisfied with several things.
Owners were easily available.
Had an amazing time but will not return.

Memorable Family Vacation
This is one of the best vacation houses we have rented (we have done 3). This house offers many things to do in and around the house, such as sitting around the big comfortable sectional watching TV and Movies with the availability of Direct TV. We enjoyed being able to fish in the backyard, getting in the hot tub and exercise pool (swim spa) in the evenings. The house also provides washer and dryer for your wet swim clothes which is not listed. The kitchen was even bigger and better then we expected, for cooking and eating all together at the big table. It was handy to grill on the BBQ grill right outside the sliding glass door in the kitchen. The decks were wonderful for sitting and enjoying the great outdoors. We enjoyed our stay so much we wish we could have stayed longer.

Family get away
We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. The yard is huge! Plenty of room for yard games. There is not a dock, but you can wade out pretty easily and swim in the cove. The community pool wasn’t open due to the Corona virus, but the backyard spa was large enough for our little ones to swim. The house is spacious and you never feel cramped. It was ideal for our large family vacation.

Fantastic social distancing change of scenery
This house offered the perfect social distancing change of scenery for my family and I. My kids most definitely got our money’s worth out of the massive hot tub. Very quiet neighborhood and great bird watching. :)
