Nice location at a great price
It appeared clean on arrival but upon further inspection there was dog and human hair all over. In the beds, couch and everywhere. No cleaning supplies to be found. Vacuum was terrible. Very little supplies provided for dishwasher and laundry.

We found this rental to be well appointed. The kitchen and living room area was very comfortable and inviting. The master bedroom suite was comfortable and it was great to have 2 bathrooms to accommodate our group of 6.
The bed in the front bedroom was uncomfortable. The grill was unusable and should be updated.

Great layout, very spacious. Comfortable atmosphere
It was dirty and I had to clean it, which was disappointing I was there to relax when I reported it was dirty I didn't get a call until late in the evening asking if I wanted them to come clean when I had already been there 24 hours and was leaving the next morning

The beds were to high. Hard for us older folks to get into. I would be nice to have grab bars in the showers.

the property was a very cute place located very close to the beach. I was surprised at the souvenirs they had for guests. That was very nice. The place seemed very new and was very clean with everything we needed. The one room had full/queen sized bunk beds. That was pretty cool to have.
The master bed wasn’t that comfortable would be the only thing I could say was bad. other than that it was great!

The house was in good condition, as you would expect for a fairly new construction. Large dining table was nice, couches were comfortable and Roku tv was a bonus for watching streaming services.
It was impossible to get the temperature inside equal in all rooms. The two back bedrooms were extremely hot while the bedroom at the front of the house was cold. No instructions for checking out of the house regarding expected level of clean up and no where to empty the trash once full. Some dishes were very clearly not cleaned but looked like they were just rinsed off and put away. The “all purpose cleaning spray” under the kitchen sink was watered down to the point of being useless as a cleaning agent.
