Great location just 5 minutes from the shopping centre and nice bars and restaurants. The lady at check in was great and kindly arranged for us to have the adjourning door in our two rooms open which was ideal. Lovely rooms with nice seating area and nice bar. Nice touch to give the kids a voucher for some ice cream which we used of course.

The pool was the only thing that needs attention. It was very dark and unwelcoming. We didn’t stay for long.

The location was good and the receptionists were friendly, however it doesn’t make up for the fact at how disgusting it felt to stay in that room

I am not happy with my stay at all. In room 239 the wall next to the bed on the left hand side(when facing the mirror) was dirty, looked like someone splashed it with a drink. One of the 2 robes was dirty and the phone wasn’t working when I tried to contact the reception. I had to go down there myself and after I told them about the phone they haven’t done anything to get that fixed. The pool is nothing like in the pictures and it was dirty. Neither of the hairdryers were working (there were two) and the mirror had finger prints. I regret taking pictures of only the mirror and the robe, however I have reported that, nothing was done in compensation for my unhappiness. I would appreciate it for someone to look into this and get back to me as soon as possible, to figure out how to move forward with this.

We were upgraded as we were chosen as guests of the day! It was exceptional!

Only thing is was I asked booking. Com for breakfast and free parking when inquiring this booking. When we got to hotel breakfast wasn't included and you had to pay for parking. The hotel did cancel that one

Breakfast was hot and fresh and extended til 10.30 on Saturdays which was appreciated. The complimentary kids icecreams for a slight wait at the reception desk went down well. The premium family rooms are worth the upgrade for the space & nice extras. Really comfy beds too. Overall very nice and modern , the staff member at the pool really kind and accommodating.

Stairs down to the health club was bit unexpected, if the service lift could be accessed by guests somehow that would be a bonus. Sharing the pool with baby swim lessons not ideal but better than not having any access on Saturday mornings

We spent 2 nights here and the Cleaner was banging on the door and 9.30 and because we weren’t ready they never came back.. the room was not the best or like the others we had stayed in it was like we had been put to the back of the building in a room that’s not used much

The facilities were great, almost like a mini resort, stone throw away from the shopping centre and amazing staff all so accommodating.

Having to pay for parking, didn't realise we had to pay until we got there.

Staff in all departments were friendly and efficient in their roles. First class!! We stayed on 4th floor which was very clean and presentation looked exceptional.

Nothing the only criticism I have is that the room safe was not fixed to wall or floor and could be carried out.

Bar staff was friendly. Breakfast was god enough. And close to the shopping centre & Xscape.

The chap on reception wasn’t very welcoming. The twin bed mattresses were rock solid. Pool & steam room is a bit out dated. And I was t aware of the parking charges till I checked out. I had looked at the policy but have only since seen it under facilities. But not when checking out.

Man on reception needed prompting. Had to keep saying what we wanted. When it was obvious we wanted to know if our room was ready for us. The cleaners tried to come in at 9am thinking the room was empty to clean and I had the room until 12pm. But fortunately I had an intruder alarm with me so they couldn’t get in as I was in the shower. They should check the people have left before waltzing in or at least knock. No staff in the bar 6pm to serve me a drink

Clean, easy to access, free parking (if a member which it’s free to be) & within walking distance of eateries, entertainment and the main shopping centres. We purchased breakfast at check-in at a discounted rate. Breakfast was yummy; hot food, cereal, fruit and pastries as well as different juices and two coffee machines. The staff were very friendly, all lovely to interact with and couldn’t do enough to help!

Cups used for the coffee machines were disposable rather than actual reusable mugs so if that changed it would make the restaurant more eco-friendly. But, it was “all you can eat” so I guess this means people can take a coffee to-go if they so choose.

I was promised a king size bed but they gave me 2 singles joined together. Very uncomfortable.

Straightforward check in. Easy to order drinks at the table in the lounge area. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Room was clean and tidy and bed was fairly comfy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Not impressed with having to pay £15 for 1 day parking. Room was very hot and it was difficult to regulate the temperature, despite opening the window. Limited facilities in the room itself - no safe, no refrigerator or access to bottled water, limited tea and coffee in room. No vending machine or shop nearby to buy water. Shower and toilet pressure in room not adequate. Busy queues to access buffet breakfast area. Food not particularly hot. Coffee machines not always working which led to queues.

Very clean and spacious, slight mixup of accommodation on arrival, but staff quickly resolved the matter and even gave us a couple of voucher for a free drink as an apology

Lots of condensation on the inside of the windows and because I have difficulty in bending at one hip, slightly awkward stepping in and out of bath without a handle to hold onto

Food was fine however we were VERY UNIMPRESSED by the lady who guided us to our table. She had a persistent cough, and coughed over the cutlery she intended to give us, which we insisted be replaced. FREDA was exceptionally helpful and pleasant.
