Spacious room. Very clean. Parking on site. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Quiet night time location. Nice small cafes near leafy square for breakfast.
Lack of coffee/tea making facility. Distance to riverside location - downhill going but..... uphill coming back.

Secure parking for motorbikes. 10 minute walk into town.
Breakfast not included.

This is a great little hotel! Our room was spacious and comfortable, and as it was at the back of the hotel, there was no noise at all from the street. Within walking distance of the main sights.
We would have preferred somewhere with breakfast but a parking space was our priority. Having said that, there are plenty of places for breakfast nearby. It would have been nice to have had tea/coffee-making facilities in the room.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming
Some people might find it a little noisy as you can hear people in other rooms coming and going, but this was not an issue for me.

Room was looking nice, bed was comfortable to sleep. Extra points for the shower which had a really good pressure to wash your hair! Hotel had a good location, not too close to the city center so that it's calm and quiet but still a walking distance.
Otherwise room was super clean, but piles of dust behind the TV which can cause a fire safety risk. Room could have a kettle to make coffee and tea, since they don't serve breakfast at the moment.

Clean simple no frills hotel.
Easy walk into historic areas
Receptionist very helpful with map etc
Huge bonus private parking with enough space for large car.
Nothing as expected

(1) Nice and helpful staff - they were helpful in reducing some noise issues that arose after my first night. (2) Large room. (3) Large comfortable bed. (4) Noise blocking windows on street side. (5) Plenty of light. (6) Good blackout curtains. (8) Mini fridge (never take that for granted in PT). (9) Very good location for avoiding crowds - but still close to everything. The hotel is a short walk from just about everything you may want to see on a short trip. It is right in between the tourist areas and more residential/local areas, so on days when you do not feel like being stuck in the mob you can simply walk the other direction and find plenty of peaceful (and good) places to eat, have a coffee, relax, etc.
I had a very good stay here.
(1) Being awakened by extremely loud construction noises (roto hammer on cement) the first morning I was there (December 2022). A remodel project on the adjacent (and therefore connected) building had just begun that morning. The property seemed to be as surprised as I was, so I cannot blame them - and to their credit they spoke with the crew and the noise was kept to an acceptable level (at least for the rest of my stay). If you are planning a stay here in the first half of 2023, I suggest you ask about the construction noise if that will be an issue for you.
(2) I was in a room next to the elevator, so the noise of the elevator motor was audible as was the noise made by the guests in the adjacent room when they would come and go. There were also some odd noises (rumbling and vibration) that came from the floor above (I was on 3rd floor, street side) - I never figured out what it was, but it was annoying at times. Not a deal breaker.

The location was great - just a nice stroll down to the city centre. Private parking is excellent, and the rooms are spacious. Our room was on the top floor and we had an amazing terrace.

Staff was awesome. Everything was clean!
The shower had broken parts and the garage was very small. Well apparently there was another one somewhere.
I could use an explanation of the phone and the paper to hang on the door to say busy or free.

Location and parking.
For some reason, on our second night, they turn the AC off. The explanation was that it was cold out (?). We had to sleep with the windows open.

Decent place located outside the city centre, with spacious rooms and bathrooms and friendly staff.
Amenities are basic but this is to be expected given the price.

Excellent parking on site, very unusually for a hotel located so close to downtown core. Reception staff very helpful and spoke several languages.
Having limited option onsite for coffee and having to pay for it. Charge an extra couple Euros and offer free coffee in lounge. WiFi not very good in rooms, much better in lounge

The facilities are in great shape and hi standard with small fridge & kettle included. FREE PARKING is a big 👍. Comfortable beds & a big room, so you can easily put 4 suitcases. Very friendly & helpful personnel at night shift (helped us to book a taxi at 5am (be aware it’s not easy). Overall - happy with the stay there.
Location - far away from Lisbon city center. You have to take train + taxi & trains are running in 1hr intervals. €35 for a taxi to the airport (non-Uber). use Bold or Uber instead.
