Very economic but good

The kitchen was well furnished to cook, there were towels and sheets to use, but most importantly, there was air conditioning and fans!! (very important in the summer). The metro Can Tries was near, also a good supermarket (Consum) was around the corner (very useful). The location was very quiet and full of families and old people, so it was not scary to come late at night. For the very low price that we paid the apartment was good! Perfect for young people who want to spend not too much but having a decent place.

The kitchen smelled a little bit bad and there were many bugs (little) in the apartment. The city centre and the things to see in Barcelona were quite far (40-50 min of metro), but of course this is the condition of spending less and going a bit out of the city life. If you choose this place you should consider staying around the city all dat to not come back and loose time.

Great!!!

The apartment was well maintained and furnished with all the things that one could require for the stay.

The apartment was bit far from the city centre.

Nice place, but it needs a major deep cleaning and maintenance.

Shops, cafés, places to eat were very close and around the property. The closest metro station was about 7 minutes walk.

Apartment itself is nice and cosy, but it needs a major maintenance and deep cleaning. Many people mentioned bad odour, which was coming out of the kitchen sink, but we had our windows open, and we had no issues with that.

Exceptional

Close to the metro, close to the shop. Small, but sufficient. No views, no restaurants close etc., but a good place to sleep and go to the city. Did not expect more. Clean rooms, fresh linen. Fast WiFi. Would recommend if you plan to spend most of the time sightseeing outside.

Not recommended at all

Check-in went smoothly, the host greeted us on time.

The location was terrible and the flat was tiny. It was not authentic and we did not feel like we were in Barcelona. The entrance and the whole house stunk. It was so hot that we wanted to open the windows but the other building was so close that it was uncomfortable. What is more, there were no nets on the window and mosquitos were bothering us. Only the king-size bed was okay, the other 2 single beds (which we think were broken) and sofa bed were so terrible that we couldn't sleep.

actually there is a big difference between the photos and the reality. i will put the photos as a prove. and the owner asked for a tax which is 27 €, don’t know for what. well, don’t recommed it at all.

the bathroom wasn’t clean! the neighbourhood was a little bit scary and it was so far from the center. When we walked inside it smelled terrible, i guess someone was cooking before us.

Separate bedrooms and comfortable beds

Very noisy neighbours, fusty ceiling in the bathroom, sodden, wet cupboard in the Kitchen. Cleanliness was very poor.

Cheap place to stay with a decent amount of space.

It was hard to find parking. The baby cot cost extra and it was not even safe for our child. It only had one side to it and the mattress was quite high so she could lean over the top.

In the final we were extremely satisfied with the accommodation.

The location a short walk from Torrasa Metro is strategic and convenient. We made our own breakfast. The kitchen was fully equipped. Separate rooms provided privacy for us and our teenage sons. I highly listen.

An unpleasant smell flowed into the bedroom from the balcony in the atrium, to which all the windows from the kitchens and bathrooms lead. This atrium is closed with plexiglass, so fresh air does not flow there and it stinks. The owners had fragrant oils in the apartment, so it helped a bit. During strong winds, window blinds give off strong frames, which disturb you during sleep.

Good for the price

Super comfy beds and linens, good space, great kitchen, great closets.

The building stinks! But the whole area has that sewer smell in the air. Nicer fans would be good, air conditioning would have been great! A newer TV wouldn't hurt either.

Spotless apartment

Very clean, beds are comfortable, you get everything you need (toiletries, hair dryer, towels, washer machine) and full kitchen. Is located in a quiet neighborhood and the metro station is at walking distance. There is a convenience store right in the corner. Totally recommend it!
