Everything about this property was exceptional - it had a real boutique hotel feel to it! And the staff (Pina, in particular) were the friendliest, nicest people you could ever ask for. The rooms were gorgeous and the view from the balcony was well worth the upgrade. The bed was SO comfy. The rooftop bar is a must too. All in all, we couldn’t fault this hotel at all. You must stay here if you’re travelling to Sorrento.

It is truly a 5-star hotel from all aspects. The reception staff was very welcoming. Restaurant staff could not be any better. The pool and beach (free access) were fantastic. View from our room was fabulous. Room was very clean and comfortable, and the views from our balcony were superb. One of the best breakfasts we have ever had with many delicious selections from extensive buffet and ordering from the menu. Location was excellent. Their hospitality was exceptional. We will definitively go back.

Initially, we were surprised with the size of our room (much smaller than we expected); however, once you accept that's the way it is in Europe, it was no longer an issue for us.

Everything was absolutely amazing about our stay! Staff were very friendly and helped book a private boat trip to Capri for us & offered excellent suggestions on the best way to get to Positano and what to see & do. Breakfast was great, had a balcony table over looking the water every morning. The shuttle bus into town was very easy and often came more regularly than scheduled so never ended up waiting too long. Beach was nice however, it was extremely busy on the weekend as the lounges can be hired by the public and seemed a bit over run by loud kids when we visited so the pool was a better option at busy times. The hotel was very clean & had an excellent twice daily service. Couldn't rate this hotel & its staff any higher. We will definitely be back.

They provide a shuttle every hour from hotel to the city Square, and back. The pool is quite large. There is also access to beach down below (most beaches in Sorrento don’t have sand, they have pebbles - FYI). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They arranged for us to rent scooters, and have a private boat tour experience. The only thing that would have made this hotel that is if you’re put heaven a little closer to the city center. But definitely a great hotel.

Incredible service and hospitality, nicely appointed and recently renovated rooms/common areas, rooms were a good size for a European hotel. Food was the best we had on our trip and not too expensive. We tried a couple restaurants outside of the hotel, but nothing really compared to the hotel restaurant so we ate most meals there. The breakfast was included and very generous. The pool area is an oasis and service is just as great there as everywhere else.

emEverything about this hotel is pure luxury. we were greeted with such a warm happy welcome, explained all the hotel had to offer and taken to our rooms. The rooms were stunning, exceptionally clean and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The pool is a nice chilled area, again very clean and the bar staff are keen to wait on all customers. The food was amazing and of very high quality. We made great use of the free shuttle into town each day which made exploring easy. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to vist Italy.

Room a bit small and drinks were a bit pricey

Fabulous hotel, shuttle bus every hour on the hour into Sorrento (5mins drive), amazing pool and beach area, room was fabulous with twice a day cleaning service, new towels every evening. Breakfast was phenomenal and the view from the breakfast balcony. Cannot recommend enough.

We loved every second here, it was a beautiful place and such a treat for us. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was perfect. Breakfast every day was amazing. We enjoyed walking to Sorrento square every day and seeing all the sites around Sorrento. We would definitely come here again.

Amazing views and stunning hotel - photos do not do it justice. Hot tub with view was like being in a film. Our 25th wedding anniversary and they provided a complimentary bottle of fizz which was a lovely gesture. The breakfast had a really good choice. Close to other bars and restaurant. Check in very efficient with a complimentary cocktail and welcoming staff. 😊

Nothing not to like. You just need to not mine walking uphill. Not a problem for us at all - actually preferred the steeper quicker steps!
