We had to catch an early flight, and in the breakfast room, no full breakfast, only fresh croissants, jam, some fruit. Standards juices, and coffee machine. The Hotel needs to cater for all early departures.

The hotel is close to the suburban station. It is close to some facilities (fast food, ....). It is very close to the airport and the hotel offers a transfer at a relatively good price if you are in a hurry, but you can use the suburban train to get to the airport. It has a good breakfast. And as I already knew, it's not located in a tourist area, but that's ok.

I liked the friendly staff and the facilities. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff were always on hand for anything. It was very close to the train station Rümlang, literally 5 mins walk and a bus stop nearby. Very good links to Airport and Zurich City Centre. I will be definitely staying here again.

I like that the hotel is walking distance from Rumlang train station and that it offered a free shuttle service going to the airport. I also liked the toiletries available in the room.

In the middle of the night, someone who had a key to the door entered the room and stole wallet of my mother. The personal did nothing other than call the police. The wallet was thrown away by the thief in the garage without any money. After talking with the police, they came to the conclusion that the thief had an electronic key. Choose others hotels for your safety.

The location is convenient to the airport and to the city. The room is clean and spacious. The air conditioning is good. The staffs are friendly. Breakfast is great.

Leider war der Parkplatz total überfüllt, Ich musste meinen Wagen in ein Wiesenbord parkieren. Die Angestellten waren aber sehr bemüht und gaben eine Reduktion der Parkplatzgebühr. 25.- Franken für eine Nacht parkieren ist relativ teuer. Das Frühstück ist relativ einfach, aber gut.

Great breakfast offerings and helpful staff. The early starting time (4am) was a HUGE plus because we had an early departure time. I wish other hotels would do the same early breakfast offering. Constant shuttle that we could reserve a ride to the airport was valuable.

The room was great except for the bed, the mattress was not evenly supportive/comfortable. Great to have a shuttle to the airport but it was free, no charge, to hotel but a 9 CHF fee to go to airport.

The location.

The bed pull out bed wasn't made on arrival, no body came and made the bed. Basically we were totally disappointed after arriving at 11:30 pm. There was no sheets, and the staff just dropped the bedding off and left. Terrible. Not worth the money at all. We should of stayed in the airport, honestly.

Choice of foods in breakfast are very limited. Fruits and desserts are almost absent in the breakfast.

The location is excellent, there is a small shopping centre nearby, which has everything you need to start your trip in black forest.

Really great hotel to stay overnight in Zürich region while travelling by plane or with car. Quiet region, big room. Very good breakfast. Easy access.

Parking is for extra money but its normal for Switzerland.

I had booked this Hotel from India through Booking.com only for three days, while as our trip was for a week of Switzerland. I had decided that I will take some other Hotel after that. Me and my Wife liked the hotel so much and we completed our entire Sightseeing from here only, We stayed completely Seve Days in same hotel, because of service, good breakfast friendly staff nearby Train Station Room Lang and close to Zurich Airport.
