The room was great, a good size, with ample storage for luggage, a good sofa bed. I must commend the housekeeping who did an excellent job in cleaning our room on a daily basis. We were travelling with 2 young children and left a fair bit of mess at times. All of the staff were extremely courteous, always smiling, and holding doors open, providing us a refreshing drink on arrival and assisting us with the luggage. We did not have breakfast included as we were not early morning risers but did see the buffet and there seemed to be plenty of options available. We also used the upstairs pool which was completely empty during the day so we had it to ourselves. They also had separate sauna and steam rooms. Overall an excellent hotel.

As much as I appreciate that the hotel provided appliances like a washing/machine dryer, an iron, and kettle, these were all very poor appliances. The kettle was tiny and not suitable for our needs with a baby needing to boil water. The iron was also not very good. I am not expecting state of the art appliances, but something a little bit better.

Right from my check in time till i checked out, the staffs are friendly, provides countless assistance and support when you need them. The facilities you need in a 2 bedroom apartment. Paul, Prakash & Menjoy at the front desk very helpful, friendly and gives good explanation and help when needed. Mohit and Jasweer from the restaurant - serves guests during the breakfast and very accommodative. Chandan- the housekeeper keeps the room clean and provides any assistances you needed for the room with a smile. Hats off to the Savoy team. I will choose to stay in when i visit Dubai with family again. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends,

None. However as a suggestion ,to have a standing shower in one of the two bathrooms instead bathtub in the 2 bedroom apartment. I was staying with my small kids and elderly parents. Getting in and out the bathtub was little challenge for them , considering the risk and potential hazard if anything goes wrong. Fortunately , all was okay but it would be great if they can consider to have standing shower to be friendly with senior citizen and small kids.
