Nestled in Santa Clara, this lovely condo for £120 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to the gated, private and exclusive community of Lava Falls at Entrada. Our beautiful community of only 20 legally zoned vacation homes is located in the heart of "color country" and central to all of the sightseeing and tourist destinations within the Southern Utah area. After a long day of hiking, biking, golfing or visiting the state and national parks, our small and quiet community of vacation homes is the perfect respite for weary travelers. Our staff is Disinfecting each home when cleaning with In-Cide from Theochem Laboratories on non porous surfaces (ie: tile, porcelain, chrome, stainless steel, plastic) associated with floors, walls, fixtures, toilets, sinks, counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms). Sheets and towels laundered with laundry soap, hot water and ammonia. We are the original property management company of Lava Falls. We've earned a reputation for keeping our homes impeccably clean and we pay great attention to every detail. Being part of the Entrada community, we are less than 5 minutes away with a phone call or text. Please check our reviews, history and listings. Our updated home has all the conveniences including free secure wi-fi. The large, gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and slate flooring and is complete with all the dishes and cookware you'll need to prepare your meals. We supply the kitchen with paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher soap to get you started. There is also a large spice rack and coffee filters provided for your convenience. Our very large master bedroom has a new king size mattress along with a TV, desk with chair and an exit door to the back patio. The large master bathroom has 2 sinks, walk in shower and water closet. A hair dryer is located in one of the drawers along with shampoo and soap to get you started. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed along with a TV and this room also has a convenient slider exit to the back patio. The full size guest bathroom is located across the hall and has a tub/shower combo and also supplied with soap and shampoo to get you started. An extra set of linens for both beds is located in the hall closet along with extra towels, pool towels, blankets and pillows. If you enjoy barbecuing or eating outside, there's a spacious patio with a table that seats 4 along with cushioned seat and table. This home is located near our community pool and hot tub with a pathway and personal entrance. At the pool/hot tub area, there is a conveniently located restroom. We are located on the west side of St. George just a few miles from Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Center for the Performing Arts and only 1 mile from the beautiful Canyons Softball Complex where a portion of Disney's High School Musical 2 was filmed. Our mecca of outdoor activities include world class mountain biking with top rated trails like Gooseberry Mesa and the JEM trail less than a hour away. There's great hiking at Snow Canyon State Park, Pioneer Park and Zion National Park (45 minutes away). We are always happy to share our "secret local spots" with you. Golf at any one or more of our local courses. Top rated Sand Hollow as well as Coral Canyon are less than a half an hour away. Sun Brook Golf Course is just down the road from us.

We went to St.George to check out the area for a possible move from California. We fell in love with the Ivins area. My wife is in the property management business here in the Coachella Valley. She left a long list of issues involving the property. She feels that if these issues were addressed there would be a lot more guests staying.

This property had absolutely everything we needed. It was sparkling clean, and the beds and furniture were all extremely comfortable. In particular, we loved the backyard and the private entrance into the pool area. We would sit on the patio every morning and see quail, chipmunks, lizards, roadrunners, bunnies, etc. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with on all issues. Don’t miss this one!

We really enjoyed our stay! Such a quiet and nice spot. We loved having a garage for our car. We also enjoyed the covered patio, and private entrance through the back yard to the pool. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. We would definitely stay again!

The entire property is modern, clean and inviting. The yard has beautiful desert plants. The walk to the pool is super short. The location is exactly where we wanted, close to hiking, a grocery store, and restaurants.

We made this our comfortable home for 7 weeks! Adequately equipped kitchen. Comfortable furnishings but which are showing signs of wear. Strong Wifi. Excellent communication with our contact person! No problems. The one issue for us was lack of direct sunlight due to shade by buildings opposite the main windows. A big plus for Lava Falls is calm location, convenient to two well connected walking/biking trails, convenient to services and many attractions offered by the St. George area. Despite higher rates than other areas, we hope to return to this complex.

We love St George and have stayed many times in various arrangements! It was a little difficult to find basic things in this unit (face-clothes) and it felt like it basic things like dish soap were missing... (like one roll of TP for each bath for the entire stay - we had to go out and buy more!) Flip side It was perfectly comfortable and convenient and we enjoyed the fireplace in the evening. The master bedroom bed was quite comfortable!

This property is a perfect getaway for a couple or family of four. The property is in a great location near Entrada in Santa Clara and is emasculate. My wife and I spend a long weekend golfing and enjoying the scenery. Snow Canyon and Tuachan are close by. The pool was great to cool off in after golf each day. We will definitely stay here again.
