Beautiful Hotel in Perfect Location

Stayed four nights here and to be honest I could find no fault whatsoever about the hotel. I have travelled extensively over the years and have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world. This ranks up there with the best of them. All the staff speak perfect English and are extremely helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with so much choice and more importantly good quality. Breakfast was served between 6am and 10.30am which is extremely helpful if you are looking to catch an early flight or want to have a late breakfast. The room had everything you might need and was extremely clean. There is a beautifully furnished bar/lounge on the 4th floor. The hotel provided a car and driver for a day tour and my transfer to the airport. Ok it is not cheap by Laos standards but you get what you pay for and it does not get much better than this.

Amazing breakfast and room service, and fantastic location and staff!

Breakfast was great, had an ala carte menu of many different types of cuisines and a buffet. Location was convenient. Many eateries nearby. In house dining was exceptional! There is a very comfortable Living Room area where you can go to relax and have a quiet drink. Staff were so friendly.

Only one thing could be better: opening times for the lounge could be extended to midnight instead of 10 pm.

Great location, in walking distance to the night market and other interesting areas.

Excellent location, right near the night market and in walking distance of many restaurants. The hotel restaurant was quite good, too. The staff was very accommodating.

The rooms are a bit run down. Our television wasn't working (although they ended up fixing it in the end).

I liked most things. very good breakfast.

i had prebooked a private transfer from the airport. They put another group in with us, leading them to think we stole their transfer. That was not good since it almost made us enemies with people we were going on a small cruise with! Fortunately they proved out to be grat people that we loved spending time with, but I still would advise you not to do that again.

quiet hotel, comfortable bed , bathtub was very worn and broken , lots of stains inside bathtub ,

Great location. Staff are friendly and helpful and the food was great if a little overpriced but pretty standard for this type of hotel in Asia.

A dedicated workspace outside of the guestrooms would be a welcome addition, other than the boardroom for hire.

Loved staying at the Salana boutique hotel !!

The room was quite big, spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful and is located near to everything. Would definitely recommend it and hope to get the opportunity to stay there again.
