estadia buena al final

El desayuno es bueno y se brinda en el hotel Rugendas contiguo al edificio. Variado y normal

La habitación es muy chica y la cama igual. El baño es diminuto. Si debo decir que frente al reclamo nuestro nos cambiaron a otro edificio del grupo y allí si la situación cambio

Mala relación precio/calidad

La ubicación

La limpieza no era óptima, además la habitación tenía un mal olor que no identificábamos de donde venía, hasta que descubrimos que provenía del desagüe tapado del lavamanos, pedimos cambio de habitación pero lo negaron, solo ofrecieron solucionar lo del desagüe. Lo arreglaron se solucionó que se rebalsará, pero el olor del lavamanos no se fue, por lo que pedí un cambio de habitación (pagando extra), debido al cambio se produjo una diferencia tarifaria de lo pagado por adelantado más lo que me cobraron allá, (primero intenté cuadrar ahí mismo que desde mi perspectiva era lo más simple, pero la chica de recepción se complico completamente) por lo que me quedaron de devolver dinero a mi cuenta, que ya ha pasado un mes y aún no llega, les escribí al WhatsApp que tienen en recepción preguntando por la transferencia y no me contestaron así que probablemente deba ir presencial. Para finalizar el baño de la segunda habitación no tenía papel higiénico lo solicitamos y nunca lo llevaron.

Excellent location, beautiful terrace in the apartment, extremely overpriced for what you get and outdated apartment fac

Only two things can be highlighted on the positive side on this property. Location and the terrace on the apartments.

The property is highly overpriced. The apartments, although very clean, are very outdated in design and electronic appliances. For instance, the bathtub is highly obsolete in newer bathrooms design. The furniture in the bathrooms is also significantly deteriorated and should be changed. The apartments' TVs should be over 15 or 20 years good at minimum. Those appliances, although flat, aren't smart TVs. They lack connectivity and a good image. Cable tv as well is very basic, and since the TVs have such a bad image and sound is not even appealing to watch anything. There is a sound system appliance in the apartment that they should sell as a relic. It even has a cassette player. The internet service is non-existent. If you need to work online or like to stream, you better bring your internet. Regarding the staff and the management, although at the beginning of my stay of 30 days, they made some mistakes like giving me an apartment with a horrible odor that even the technical staff didn't know where it was coming from, some other errors on wrong information regarding the services in the facility and the non-delivery of the welcome letter which contains important information. They tried their best to fix it and were very kind to us.

Disappointing

Good location and great breakfast

We wanted to use the sofa bed located in the living room. When opening it, it was disgusting to see how dusty it was, we even found someone else's underwear in it. Check in process in lengthy and in a different building. The unit wasn't clean at all. Extremely expensive for what we got

Very good experience overall.

Great breakfast and nice quiet location despite being very centrally located.

Could provide tea/coffee facilities in the apartment and maybe a tea towel to dry dishes.

Nice apartment in excellent location. Very quiet at night.

Spacious and good location. Very quiet at night. Big balcony. Good pillows.

The bedroom didn't have an airconditioner. The livingroom airconditioner pointed to the bedroom, but it wasnt enough to bring the bedroom to a cool temperature. It happened to be a hot summer day. In spring, fall or winter it wont be a problem. Maybe they should put a fan in the bedroom. Staff was friendly, but there is only one person at a time, so there are inevitably moments when they get backed up and you have to wait.

Great location and breakfast. Good value

Good size apartments. Beware that there are some small ones as well. The building is a little bit old and it could benefit from remodeling. The A/C in both rooms was silent and worked well. Also the neighborhood was quiet and nice, near a metro station (about 3 blocks) and restaurants. The shower was with good pressure and flow. Towels were clean and fresh

Everything was fine, but a little bit old. Not enough towels.
