Lovely place to stay, great food
John was really welcoming, funny& helpful. The food was really good, ate there the first night, delicious fish & a Moroccan lamb dish. Breakfasts were also really great, tasty & plentiful. Comfortable bed.
It is set in the middle of nowhere, so getting to and from places takes longer than you think. Narrow twisty lanes & no Uber & taxis difficult to get& expensive.

Excellent!
The room was fantastic. We did not expect it to be so big with so many rooms. We had the whole top floor of the pub. We stayed on a day when the pub was not officially open and so had the continental breakfast delivered to our room. We really liked this as it meant we could eat our breakfast at our leisure.

Stunning
Set in a beautiful village and a perfect base for visiting other areas in the cotswolds. Jon and the staff couldn't be more helpful and cheerful. We stayed in the smaller of the rooms, the "Pig n Whistle" which had an ensuite and views of the countryside. Beautifully decorated with a really comfortable bed. You would not be disappointed staying here.
That we didn't stay longer.

Keep this to return to !!!
This was a fantastic experience in the Cotswolds in a lovely secluded village. The Inn had that quintessential English atmosphere, the owners were brilliant , the food was super and the room had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Lovely views. The continental breakfast on one morning was such a clever idea.

Gorgeous property in a really beautiful village. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the beds and the luxurious feather pillows. The hosts were super and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay.

Fantastic warm welcome, great food and location
Great pub and excellent food. location is fantastic and the landlord was extremely friendly and helpful
Due to the age of the property the room was noisy from the pub below but soon quietened down at closing time
