The location was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpfull!

Very central location. Staff very helpful, the female member of staff was fantastic. Have lots of help with attractions and food places. Very easy access to all parts of the city. Busy area but quiet room with beautiful view over the square. Social area always felt welcoming with coffee facilities available. All attractions can be easily be reached by walking. Just make sure you bring comfy trainers. Never felt unsafe at any part of the city - even walking back at midnight. Just be aware of your bag when walking in crowded places. Will definitely be back and would happily recommend to others. Huge Thankyou to the whole staff for making stay stress free.

If you want to be in the heart of the old town, this location is great. It's just off one of the main squares and just down the street from several others and, while a fair distance from the train station, it was an easy walk. Never having been to Naples before, the graffiti and trash around the area is a little unsettling. We found the building fairly easily, but the photograph of where to ring the bell was not clear, so we walked around a little and ended up asking a resident who directed us to the correct door. Why there is not some kind of sign or identification on the door is mysterious. It would have made finding it so much easier. We were greeted by an employee, Ravi, who was very welcoming and helpful. He showed us around, talked us through the common area and gave us cards for breakfast at a wonderful cafe on the square. The room was nice, quiet and clean and the bed fairly comfortable - typical for a European B&B. We never met the person I had email contact with (I assume the owner) and often it was not clear where one of the employees was - or what times they were there. In any case, our stay was very nice in Naples.

While nice and in a good location, it seemed expensive.

Great location and very kind and helpful staff. The owner Claudio booked for us trips we wanted to do, and was very helpful with any questions we had during our stay. We felt ourselves very welcome :) The apartment was very clean and charm. I highly recommend this B&B.

What an awesome place to stay!!!!! I loved this B&B. The staff went above and beyond. Everything you needed was right at your fingertips. Snacks, coffee, teas, fresh fruit and bottled water always available. Establishment was exceptionally clean and very quiet.

There was nothing that displeased me.

The property is centrally located and walking distance from everything that we needed, including the pick up locations for all of our tours and expeditions. The host, Claudio, is quite attentive and responsive. Although we didn’t meet in person, we were in regular communication through WhatsApp, and he checked in often to ensure our stay was comfortable. His staff, including Kevin, Madù, and Simona are personable, accommodating, and kind. My mother and I are vegan, so they provided an assortment of fruits for us to enjoy in the mornings, and Madù and Simona made us fresh-squeezed orange juice. La Galleria always restocked their bottled water shelves, so there is always an opportunity to stay hydrated. Their coffee is also delicious.

La Galleria is on Via Benedetto Croce which is the perfect place to be. Via Croce is a busy but safe street. There are cafés, little shops and restaurants. It’s close to the subway, close to the popular Via Toledo. the staff was absolutely amazing, super nice, friendly and helpful. Ask for tips and recommendations, they are very knowledgable. The owner, Claudio, is very attentive and asks everyday if everything is up to your expectations. Throughtout the day, there is free water, tea, coffee and snacks. Even though the bathroom wasn’t the newest, everything was perfectly clean and smelled amazing. The hammock in the room is a nice touch, relaxing spot.

Location

The building is ancient and beautiful and located in a lovely square in the old quarter .Our room was huge with a tiled floor and lofty beams ,with an ensuite . We were high up with a balcony over looking the square and the church of St Maggiore. The beds were really comfortable and were made up and the room cleaned each day.So much thought had been given to everything you might need, including sound proof shutters in case of any noise from the square . We felt very much at home. The breakfasts were excellent with many options and served in a delightful dining room . The owner Claudio was so helpful to us in so many ways .He was there to greet us when we arrived ,helped with taxis and using the bus .He showed us different areas on the map and described them to us in detail and marked locations ,taking account of what we were interested in .He advised on how best to reach galleries and museums and recommended and booked restaurants for us. He even made us English tea in the afternoons ,which was very kind. We cannot recommend it highly enough .

There was nothing that we did not like .

We were really happy with staying here. Claudio and the other staff were very nice. The room was clean. The accomodation is right by the main “tourist stret” with a lot of reataurants nearby. Price worthy. The breakfast was also excellent.

Sometimes it could be a bit noisy from the street at night. But if you close the balcony it was absolutely ok.

Wonderfull location, in the hart of Napolis and historical centre. The owner is really very nice and gave us all the information and support we would need, with a very attentious reception.

The breakfast is outside the hotel, but is nice and typical.

Claudio, the innkeeper, was available at all times. He went the extra mile to obtain a Amos so I could send postcards to friends overseas. He showed everything about Napoli's highlights on a map. I really liked the B&B location in historic Napoli!

The breakfast was delicious - served in a local cafe with local pastries. We received a warm welcome from our host, who was happy to show us where to visit: he also stayed up late to welcome us on arrival.

Claudio is very welcoming and helpful! The place is very nice and very well located in the old part of the city. It was such a great stay! Thank you Claudio.

Breakfast is served in a bar down the flat, it is simple, but good.
