This spacious large ground floor corner unit is just steps away from the pool, hot-tub, fishing pier and poolside BBQ's. One of the few units with an incredible direct view of the bay and pool. Voted the #1 beach in the USA, Crescent Beach, with it's beautiful quartz sand which looks and feels like powdered sugar, is just a short walk through the Palm Bay Resort. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided for you at the beach. This condo easily sleeps 6 with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a queen size pull-out couch. Fully furnished kitchen with all new appliances. Free wireless internet, 42" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the master bedroom. Puzzles, board games and books are provided in the unit. Nicely decorated with a coastal theme, this condo is perfect for a beach vacation! Amenities include: 2 heated pools hot tub lighted tennis courts fitness center BBQ grills fishing pier private beach 24 hour security laundry facilities on each floor boat docks available for rental through the Palm Bay Club free shuttles to Siesta Village take the hassle out of driving and parking No smoking permitted in the unit No pets permitted. Service animals require prior approval from the Palm Bay Club. Pets are not permitted Condos are only allowed one parking space. Parking passes must be picked up at the front office upon arrival. The Palm Bay Club does not issue visitor parking passes during Spring Break and Holiday weeks.

We had a great stay at this Bayside condo. Had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen supplies were a bonus (coffee filters, extra garbage can liners). This unit is the 1st unit closest to the pool (ground floor) and was fantastic. It was great watching the boats go by the pool area. In addition, it was a simple walk to the beach. We would definitely like to go back. Thanks Karin!

Lovely rental for a relaxing long weekend. The rental was very comfortable. Lots of natural light and great view of the intracoastal waterway and the pool. Easy access to the beach. Would definitely book again!

Was looking for a quick getaway to destress with friends. This was the perfect place for that. The condo was great, location perfect and pool on the bay was amazing. Goulding recommend it enough.

The apartment was as it was described and met our needs perfectly. The decor and equipment provided is above and beyond other places I have stayed and the apartment felt truly loved. The owners/management do a great job to make you feel at ease and to bring the seaside atmosphere to the rooms. Check-in and door access very easy and worked just as it should. A great apartment within a great between the bay and the beach.

What an amazing property! The pictures don’t do it justice, it was more spacious than we expected, everything was clean and the AC was the best! The views were spectacular, you can sit in the living room and enjoy them. The pool was literally right outside your door and the beach less than a 5 minute walk across the street! Karin was so helpful and any questions I had, she replied within minutes! Would definitely go back and highly recommend!!

We love this unit and this place. The unit is clean with a great location of the sunrise over the Bay. The walk to the beach along the alley of the palms was beautiful. We loved all the security and friendliness of the staff. Corinne, the owner responds quickly. We'll definitely be back!

We were very happy with our accommodations; it was true to the photos on VRBO. We appreciated that this was an end unit, which made for more sunlight and privacy. We were directly adjacent to the pool and the bay/intercoastal. Beautiful sunrises!! A short walk through the property on the other side of the road to the beach. Absolutely stunning! Access to a car is useful to get into town, but you can also access the free trolley and shuttles if you wish. Karin was an accommodating host, respectful and responsive to emails/texts when necessary. Fully equipped kitchen was much appreciated, including a soft-sided cooler to take drinks to the beach, a few portable beach chairs were handy, although we had no problem getting the loungers at the beach, provided by The Pal Bay Club.

A very nice condo in a great location! Karin responded to questions immediately and was very clear about the check-in process so there were no glitches. Our unit was closest to the pool so that was very convenient and the view of the bay was beautiful. The walk across the street to the beach was easy if you didn’t have a lot to haul. It’s easy to find a parking spot closer to the beach if you’d like to drive. We cooked in/grilled for most of the week. The size of the island was great, it gave us a lot of space to land and prep. The pans need to be updated with a few more and newer ones, and there weren’t a lot of actual grill utensils. The coffee pot and toaster oven definitely need to be replaced as they are very old. She supplies laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs and that was nice. The king bed was very comfortable and the pillows I wanted to take home! However the two twin beds were very squeaky and made a lot of noise. We never figured out how to use the Roku stream, we couldn’t find an actual live network channel so that was a bummer but that’s probably on us 🤷‍♀️.We are not familiar with Roku. Overall it was a great space and gave us everything we needed, we will definitely stay there again and highly recommend the unit and working with Karin!

When you returned to the property at 10 pm there were no parking spaces. This happened to us twice. After that we didn't move our car, which affected our enjoyment of Siesta Key's night life.

Accurately portrayed. Had everything you needed and more. 2 fishing poles, live shrimp bucket, beach chairs and an umbrella. We saw dolphin daily and birds galore. Met wonderful people at Palm Bay Club Used the free trolley and didn't need a car.

Everything about the area was great. The only thing I was uncomfortable with was the dampness in the condo. I tried to control the temperature but I wasn't able to do so. I did speak to the owner and she stated that I could adjust the temperature. The temperature wouldn't go past a certain point. I noticed that a blanket I went to use seemed like it wasn't washed. The property was beautifully decorated and clean.

Karin was awesome start to finish - communication was instant and appreciated. The place has amazing views and is incredibly quiet. The beds were super comfortable as was all the seating. The puzzles, games and tvs were appreciated! The kitchen was nice and extremely clean. We couldn’t have been happier and will be back. No complaints at all!

We needed to be in the area for a golf outing and wanted to stay by the water. found this place and it checked all of our boxes. Great location on the intercoastal with a great pool and hot tub. We enjoyed watching the boats go by. The unit was clean and perfectly located to the pool and it was also a short walk to the beach. we rented a boat one day and there was dock access to pick up and drop off. Fully stocked kitchen, and easy access to restaurant. Would recommend!!

It was a beautiful unit and we had a great time. A great view with steps to a pool and a short walk to the beach, which was also clean. A young gentleman there brought us our beach chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the unit in the Palm Bay Club and the view from the living room was superb. Only a few steps from the pool and the bay where we sat on the dock and enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim by. The unit was light, bright, and clean. Perfect for a beach vacation. I highly recommend this home away from home and will definitely be returning in the future.

From start to finish easy process got to check in early and was easy departure. Location was great best of both worlds from pool and fishing on the bay to pool and swimming on the gulf side. The white sand and beautiful clear water speaks for itself definitely would stay again.

Nice place to stay if your not a beach person. Too far to walk to the beach. Parking is somewhat a problem if your group has two or more cars. It is a good place to stay on the Bay side. Nice little pool as well!

Stay was fantastic. Close proximity to the beach, even though it was a 10min walk. Free trolley was a bonus getting to Siesta Village. Communication was good with Karin. Rental could use some more hooks for towels/hats/grocery bags….etc. Could use bigger better beach towels. Maybe some explanation on how to use laundry facilities. Great stay overall though! Would stay again.

We had an amazing 4 days in Siesta Key at Karin’s place! It is in a great location and has amazing views. She was very responsive and the property was very clean. Comfortable beds and everything you need for a trip to the beach. We will be coming back!

Very disappointed in inside condition. Hot tub didn’t work all week. Owner needs to improve many things inside the unit. I will private message the owner with improvements that need to be implemented ASAP.
