Hôtel exceptionnel

Nous nous sommes tout de suite senti en vacances dans cet hôtel magnifique. Nous avons pris 3 nuits en pension complète. Nous avons eu accès à tous les parcs d’attractions sans restriction tous les jours. Les parcs sont accessibles directement par un chemin piéton. La nourriture servie était excellente ! Félicitations aux chefs ! Les plats proposés étaient indiens, asiatiques, orientaux, grillades etc Nous nous sommes régalés ! La nourriture proposée est de grande qualité. Les repas de midi était servi à la carte en bord de piscine dans un cadre exceptionnel ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel que je recommande vivement.

Great Stay

Spacious Room. Wide variety of food for breakfast. Friendly Staff. Great inhouse kids club/playing area, plenty of scheduled activities. Responsive room service. Quick valet parking service. Location is great if you only plan to stay in theme parks (Dubai Parks & Resorts) area, if you plan to go downtown it is a 30-40 min drive.

Clogged shower drain. During checkout I had to wait around 40 mins for my luggage to be brought from my room. Other than these two minor incident everything was perfect.

Pobyt bardzo udany , przyjechaliśmy bawić się w parkach rozrywki . Nasze dziecko było zachwycone .

Obiekt bardzo ładnie położony , w dobrze utrzymanym ogrodzie . Super opcją jest możliwość korzystania z parków rozrywki. Czystość basenu mogłaby być lepsza , w leniwej rzece - liście, owady - jeden mnie ugryzł podczas pływania . W duzym basenie przy wejściu do niego masa brudu az ludzie wchodzący rozgarniali wodę zeby móc wejść. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i pomocna.

Obsługa w restauracji przy basenie . Obsługa zanim podejdzie do stolika minie wieczność , zanim poda choćby napoj kolejna wieczność . Poziom obdlugi tej restauracji jest strasznie słaby .

Good enough.

The location is very close to Dubai parks, suites size are big enough for a family of 4 The staff are very friendly the resort is quite nice. The era restaurant which is next to the pool side is really worth the visit food is amazing and the staff are very friendly, specially (JOE) and (SAGAR)

On the weekends it gets so busy and the staff doesn’t have time to serve everyone, we got our rooms at 6pm instead of 3pm we missed almost half day and we didn’t get the chance to use the pool, but they were very generous to offer us a complimentary dinner. I requested a week before the check in to have both suits next to each other but instead they booked us 2 suites in different buildings ! The kids nursery needs a lot of cleaning and improvements it’s been the same since ages. I requested a baby crib a week before the check in but they bring it after 5 hours of waiting and with no mattress available and it was almost broken! The room was not clean the floor was sticky. At the check in we requested to have both suites to have the pool view but they gave us one ground floor river view and other one first floor pool view but the view was totally blocked by a huge tree!! My suggestion is to consider some improvements in your services and facilities

A very disappointing stay !

The only positive thing in this hotel was the valet parking staff where they were very helpful. The only staff in this hotel that are helpful.

The worst thing in this hotel is the staff , they are very reluctant to help , do not give any effort or take any initiative or care of guest requests specially in such unexpected situation that hit Dubai . The other point is regarding the level of cleaning, the rooms are not that clean and the room service do not clean properly. Finally add to it , the service is very slow and most of the time they do not respond to your calls Very disappointing for such a hotel that’s considered one of the main hotels in Dubai park and resorts

Enjoyed with exhilarating adventures at Motiongate!

The place is wonderful, very scenic and beautiful. Hotel hospitality, really good. The breakfast spread had a lot of variety and was good too. We visited Motiongate which made the stay really worthwhile!

House keeping service: Painfully slow. We needed extra blankets and it took them 2 hours plus to deliver! Also, the beds weren't that comfortable, but that's more of a preference and not a complaint.

Fantastic hotel in great location

Everything! The food, the location, the setting, the pools. Being able to walk to the theme parks. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful

The room could have been a little bigger, needing a bit more storage for 4 people sharing a room.

Подходит на 2 дня, чтобы было удобно в парки походить.

Стильные номера и территория. Хороший шведский стол - было чем кормить маленького ребенка.

Работа персонала!!!! Мы с мужем и ребенком. Бронировала номер с 1 большой кроватью + люлька. И обязательно тихий номер. Сначала дали номер с 2 раздельными кроватями. Люльку просили еще 5!!!! Раз. Принесли в пол 12 ночи только((( я уже спала с дочкой на одной кровати, муж на другой. Попросили номер поменять: дали номер с кроваткой и двуспальной взрослой…напротив площадки для мероприятмй, где до 23 была свадьба. Муж с коляской до 23 гулял на улице, пока закончится дискотека, чтобы потом вернуться в номер и переложить ребенка в кровать. При выезде попросили вещи из номера на ресепшн отнести ко времени определенному. В 12 check out…мы попросили к 13 принести. Приходим к 13, такси приехало…персонал забыл про вещи…

beautiful hotel and we took connected rooms and free valet parking

staff design of hotel like hawai give free tickets to motion gate, lego land or water park

there was a marriage party and they start from afternoon until 10pm in the yard near swimming pool opposite our room. it was very noisy and high music and my kids they cannot sleep. also in other day there was like away day for another company start from 9 am so alot of parties and companies events. my recommend either hotel shift the location for the events to another location or guests can book otherside room to avoid the noise.

عدم تسليم الغرفة بالوقت المحدد المفروض استلم الغرفة الساعة 3 لكن استلمت الساعة 5 ؟ وتذاكر الالعاب فقط يوم واحد ؟ قبل كنا نحجز ليلة والتذاكر نستخدمها يومين وقت الحجز بنفس اليوم وتقدر ثاني يوم تروح الالعاب اما الان تستخدم التذكرة فقط يوم واحد تحدد نفس اليوم او تروح ثاني يوم وقت الخروج وهذا غير مرضي و ما انصحكم انكم تروحون الصراحة

تجربة فاشلة وأستقبال سيئ للغاية

مكان جميل ولكن للأسف القائمين عليه غير مهنيين والتعامل سيء للغاية

حجز 3 غرف لليلة واحدة لقضاء عطلة العيد مع العائلة ووصلت الفندق في تمام الساعة الهامسة عصرا وبعد الوقوف لقرابة الساعة عند موضف الأستقبال ابلغني بان كل غرفة في مبنى متفصل وبعد نقاش وجدل طويل قال الموضف لي هاذا الموجود او ألغي الحجز مما اطرني لألغاء الحجز وبتالي أفساد عطلة العيد على أسرتي

The best resorst!!!

It is amazing place for family with kids!!! Legoland, Motiongate… If you stay more than three days in Lapita resort you will have a unlimited entry for parks!!!

Clean, comfortable, quiet place with beautiful garden and pools. Excellent breakfast!!!

مكان جميل وهادئ والغرفة ممتازه ونظيفة الفطور كان متنوع موظفون الاستقبال بشوشين ومتساعدين وخدومين ودخول لجميع المناطق الترفيهية في دبي بارك

وسائد النوم كانت غير مريحة قليلا وبعد الفندق عن الداون تاون ب 20 دقيقة تقريبا

Exceptional moment to enjoy end of the year

Swimming pool was warm and kids enjoyed the lazy river Lots of activities going on Easy to get access to the parks Breakfast was excellent with variety of food My nephew was celebrating his 8th birthday and Lapita surprised him with a cake. Thanks

Check in procedure took longer than expected. 30 to 45 min. I booked 2 rooms, 1 was ready. The other one was ready after 2 hours. Rooms got cleaned late in the afternoon.

Exceptional

Our stay at Lapita resort is truly one to remember. First, it’s a little tropical oasis in the middle of arabia. Everything was perfect, the room was very comfortable, the staff very friendly, so many activities for the kids to do, they got excited for daily fish feeding. Walkable to all the parks. Room service was very good and reasonably priced.

Petit déjeuner incroyable pour cet hôtel: tout ce que vous voulez, vous le trouverez! Très belle piscine avec une bonne sécurité pour les enfants. Jeux enfants bien. Chambre spacieuse, propreté en générale ok. Eau café et thé présents. Coin repas donnant sur l’extérieur. Salle de bain pratique, jolie. Beaucoup de monde dans le complexe et pourtant on a pas l’impression d’être les uns sur les autres. Très bon restaurant.

Lit trop petit en largeur. Très peu insonorisé. Recouche faite trop tard (au delà de 16h) . Nous étions 4 et seulement 2 grandes serviettes. Seulement un mobilier pour 2 personnes également dehors. Propreté en générale ok mais quand on regarde les détails: joins sdb moyen, bcp de poussière dans les coins et poussières très importantes au pieds de certains meubles.

Сервис ужасный, персонал пребывает в хаосе, ведет себя как дети, действует хаотично и непродуманно, особенно во время завтрака и на парковке перед отелем. Еда невкусная, повара некомпетентные совсем, официанты и менеджеры наглые, ассортимент еды на завтраке отвратительный, вся атмосфера завтрака напоминает кормление животных пойлом, а не завтрак в пятизвездочном отеле, больше сюда не заселимся
