Management has always been kind, patient, and welcoming. Our condo was clean, updated, and well equipped for a week’s stay. There was plenty of room in the pantry for anything we grabbed from the store. Mattresses and sheets were extremely comfortable, and lots of comfy blankets for evenings on the sofa. The location is perfect with the plaza across the street. Beaches and pool area were clean and well cared for. We have always come in May and we’re slightly worried about a crowd or noise coming in June but all guests were respectful and kind as always. Even though we are all strangers, it feels a bit like family that share a home. No concern about leaving chairs, bags, or boogie boards at the beach while we headed up for a quick lunch. It was, as it always has been, an amazing week with our four favorite palm trees and I am confident we will be back again next year.

There are also great restaurants nearby. Sea Coast is right on the beach and is the perfect place to unwind.

Although we hit a week of rain every afternoon- there was still plenty of time to swim & build sand castles in the morning until just after lunch. Love that there is no driving on the beach. The very comfortable, beautifully furnished condo and SeaCoast amenities (great pool and deck area, easy access and location right on the beach) were all excellent, and the location can't be beat, close to market, restaurants and all the shops and sights of Flagler Avenue and Canal Street. The condo's view of the ocean is also excellent. We were very impressed with the professionalism and generosity of SeaCoast management and the condo owner, when we had to leave our vacation for a week due to Hurricane Irma. A week after the storm had passed, we inquired if we could get a "credit" for the time we missed, and SeaCoast and the condo owner generously offered us a ten-day credit for a future stay at our convenience! We decided to take advantage of it right away so we could attend the New Smyrna Beach Jazz Festival. All in all, a terrific and relaxing vacation in a beautiful and convenient location right on New Smyrna Beach. We will definitely be back!

It is a beautiful condo that is very up to date with everything. The furniture is comfortable as are the beds. It is very clean and very well maintained with everything in working order. It has a well equipped kitchen and nice large dining table in the dining area. The balcony is nice to sit on and watch the ocean. The beach is fantastic. Leave your window open at night and let the sound of the ocean ease you to sleep. The next morning you are greeted with a gorgeous sunrise over the ocean. There are also lots of great places to eat and things to do within short proximity. The condo owner is very nice. He takes pride in his condo and it shows. He keeps it in immaculate condition. He has always done everything he can to ensure that we have a pleasant stay each time. I’ve told him it feels like his condo is our “home away from home”, and it does. I highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great Florida vacation experience.

Extremely pleased with this condo!! The location in NSB was just perfect..quiet part of the island ( no drive zone) but not to far from the action. There is a convenient little strip mall for all your needs right across the street and the grounds of the condominium were well maintained. The owner was just lovely to work with and I received my security deposit within days of coming home. The condo is just as it appears in the photos..nicely decorated, comfy beds, kitchen well stocked and a great view of the ocean!! Should I find myself in NSB again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!
