Wish i was back there

Pool was very tropical feeling. Gardens were well kept. Staff super helpful organizing a boat trip for us. Rooms were pleasant, spacious and kept cool.

Location felt like a trek when you're not used to the heat, but kamala beach definitely my favourite.

A calm splendid priviledged Oasis directly at the sea at a stonethrow distance from Kamala beach

The property is a huge jungle-like garden with great pool/s and private beach where you can swim far off the crowds (when the tide is high) and enjoy the luxury of Thailands beauty within an oasis of calm and privacy. Little Houses and bungalows set within the property with enough distance to each to leave space for yourself. Sea-view is magic! The staff is great and always immediately reactive to all you can ask for. So nice and friendly, it felt like friends when we left! For us it was a big advantage that the estate does not offer restaurant or breakfast but well equipped kitchens so you don't have the noise, clutter and unwanted smells from typical hotel breakfasts - but you can enjoy your own coffee/tea, …fruit etc. in full tranquility at the beach or pool or terrace. Supermarket 7/11 is at 3min walk, the BIG C at 10 min. One of the best restaurants in Kamala is right next door, the BUA, where you enjoy the real Thai food. The App Grab allows you to order food directly to the estate, very convenient. The Kamala beach with all restaurants, bars, shops, markets … is just around the corner if you look for animation. Surin beach which is more beautiful is at a 10 min taxi ride which is worth it! We were enchanted by the Kamala Beach estate! Highly recommend.

The only disturbance was the repair noise in many locations, probably due to the fact that it was the end of the rain season, when things get fixed - which again is necessary to entertain a well-kept garden and property. When we talked to the reception they made the noise stop in the area where we were relaxing so all in all, everything was great!

Spacious Apartment Overlooking Beach

Lovely spacious apartment with wrap around terrace overlooking the beach. Fridge was enormous with a super efficient freezer and kitchen had everything you could need. Beautiful pool area and gorgeous gardens. Easy walk to 7/11 and Bua Restaurant almost next door. Great value for such a large apartment. Will just mention the many stairs to some apartments which could be a problem to some guests but wasn't for us. We are returning guests and had a very comfortable stay.

Smelly bathroom and overpriced

lovely pool area

Room needed a good clean. Maybe we were unlucky but room very old and needed refurbishment alongside being fairly dirty. limited beach view due to foliage and veranda fully covered so no sun. An appliance moved from kitchen leaving a big dirty gap as well. Second day room not cleaned and at 4pm had to ask for clean towels. To say bathroom stunk was an understatement! Staff seemed used to this and we were given a can of air freshener that only masked the smell a bit and we used whole can in one night. As only staying 2 nights and staff struggled to understand English put up with it as asked to swap and only garden room available. Also had to beg for 2 room keys and as 4 adults in. 2 bedroom apartment surely that's a given. For nearly £500 for 2 nights the most expensive it dirtiest place we stayed and felt let down. Was a good 15 minute walk to beach so my suggestion would be stay in one of the hotels nearer the beach as even if more expensive probably worth it!

great location - close to the beach, quite, nice green territory. we had apartment with beautiful sea view.

very old furniture. not helpful personnel - on the pictures and in the description in our apartment should be sun bed , on my request they refuse to provide as all were booked. sorry, we paid huge money to have everything promised. then refused to permit 1 hour later check out , and charged for the damaged bed sheet !!! common- there was nothing and even if there was , for 500+ USD per night you can’t charge for the bed linen …

The apartment was perfect for a family of 3. It was definitely value for money and the staff were friendly. definitely satisfied

the upkeep could be better, but than given the hard times during Covid. Its a given. I believe it will definitely come upo to speed

Nice location , comfy beds

Location was great , rooms very dark. We were only allowed 3 bottles of water , even though we were a family of 4 which seemed a little silly.

the location first and the facility..... the amenities they have provided..... the views from the rooms, the sound of the sea, the private beach, the pool.......the parking and the location in a quite place ..7/11 in convenient location .... the pavilion restaurant was a good one

Nice apartment to stay; everything you need is closeby

The Kamala Beach Estate Beach Front Apartment was really great. The apartment was big, we had one living room and two bedrooms for 3 people. The pool was nice and clean. The whole area was taken care of. It's a 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. There is a nice restaurant "The Bua" right next to it which is very good.

Great affordable accomodation with ocean views.

We hired out a 3 bedroom villa with ocean views and we were not disappointed. The rooms were spacious, air conditioned and had comfortable beds. There was a large communal area indoors and a huge balcony and table outdoors with a great view of the ocean/beach. The hotel also provided a several large glass bottles of drinking water, and a huge container of drinking water. Beach towels were also available for use.

We stayed in this hotel during our initial Thailand Pass quarantine and were told if we needed something ordering to contact reception. This was not possible, which was disappointing, but we did arrive early evening. Whilst this is not the hotel itself, I would also advise Kamala beach itself is not particularly nice, it's OK.

The location of the property was ideal as it was close to all the amenities of Kamala Beach but far enough away to feel separate. The view and the privacy were outstanding.

At first, I didn’t explain a lot due to advertising photos. Actually I really really like it when I see it.

As I was booking 2 bedrooms with cheap and promotion price from agent, the furnitures are a little bit old. Although we group are okay.

A very good location, Set in lovely grounds with beautiful views of the sea and Kamala Bay

The location is excellent, set in lovely quiet grounds, with beautiful views across the sea; but only a few minutes walk or drive from the lively shops, restaurants and bars of Kamala. Staff very friendly, helpful and polite.

The villa we stayed had a couple of minor things that could have been fixed, a shower holder that kept slipping and a door that scraped loudly (when being opened & closed) at night waking people in the other room

Great stay!

This is our 3rd time staying at Kamala Beach Estate and in Beach Estate Front apartments, it is the place we return when in Kamala and where we feel at home. The attention to details like plenty of drinking water and towels, the manicured gardens or spotless pool makes you want to stay longer. I have to mention specially the people who take care of the Estate and the incredibly efficient lady at the reception desk, with her help and expertise our stay under the Phuket Sandbox Program was easy and carefree, she arranged everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. She was real gem!

The location and the view are great. Kamala beach is beautiful and the estate is close. The view. From the apartment (we had ocean view one) is really nice. Good and private place. Staff were helpful and kind.

The kitchen is small so take it into consideration if you really wanna cock. Ask for furniture to sit outside.

Good value for beach front location

Loved the location on a quiet end of Kamala Beach. Our room overlooked the beach through some trees with the ocean beyond. Overall, a good value.

The room was a bit dated and could've used a bit of updating. The closets were poorly designed in such a way that we couldn't open the doors fully.
