Donna Matilde è Meravigliosa: i proprietari super gentili e disponibili, la colazione è ottima (tutto fatto in casa), le camere sono super pulite, calde e accessoriate di tutto, la posizione è favolosa e soprattutto è uno dei pochi family hotel incontrati in Abruzzo. A pochi passi c'è uno splendido parco giochi che rende tutto più facile con i bambini e a pochi passi si raggiunge il centro della città: i bimbi sono accolti e trattati egregiamente (nella colazione ci sono cose addirittura pensate proprio per loro). Loved the availability of gluten free breakfast. Location was great! Bonus was the help from Gianluca carrying my heavy bag up to the second floor! :) Very quiet place.

walls are thin so I could hear the guests next door, but I expected some of that.

my wife was ill for one day and the owner of the hotel helped us a lot to find à doctor. we recommend a lot this hotel and Pescocostanzo is a very nice village to see

Wonderful in every way , from the location just on the outskirts of this beautiful village . to the room with exposed brick work ,very comfortable beds , power showers . lovely break fast , but the really cheery in the cake where the most helpful staff. who made us fe so welcome.

The room was very clean and the spa bath was lovely. The added option of bath salts was a nice touch. The location is fantastic and very central. The ability to park 20m away free of charge was an added bonus (€1 per hour during peak winter season). Coffee on arrival was appreciated and the owner was friendly.

Unfortunately the breakfast made us feel very uncomfortable and we rushed to leave soon after. The owners are polite, but we did not like asking for and being served what we thought was a buffet breakfast. Although the products were tasty, the variety and portion size were a little disappointing. The mattress was very comfortable, but we both only had one thin pillow. Another pillow would have been perfect.
