Great location with short walk to amentities. Mostly clean however bbq was not cleaned so could not use it. Would stay there again.

We like to have a week each year in Forster. Chill out Lakeside is perfectly located for our interests and is bright, clean and very well equipped.

This place was a fantastic place for a weekend getaway. Stunning views, unit is clean and modern. Will definitely stay again. Parked our 4m boat in the lockable shed with ease which was great for us. We parked our car on the road with no issues. Unit is right across from the boat ramp which was convenient for us and within walking distance of pubs and restaurants. All in all was a great experience and will definitely be our first choice next time we stay in Forster.

Unit was very clean and comfortable. Located across the road from Wallis Lake, a short walk from the town centre and main beach. The position was exceptional. Would absolutely stay here again. 5 stars

Property was very centrally located. Clean and well decorated. Easy to contact host. Would have been nice if there was a long life milk in the fridge for a cuppa on arrival as we arrived in the evening. Will definitely stay at property again and recommend to friends

We enjoyed our stay, despite the bad weather. It was so nice being across from the river. The unit was well equipped for a family with young kids and even had a few toys and games they enjoyed. Will definitely come and stay again!

The views from the property are amazing and lovely location!The decor was very dated though to be honest. The beautiful large windows looking out onto the ocean we’re quite dirty, which really spoiled the view.There was also a sign asking guests to refill the gas bottle for the bbq when empty, with a map showing guests where to go for a re-fill. I would think that for the price we paid for the apartment, that gas would be included and supplied prior to our stay. I just didn’t feel that the usual touches to make guests feel pampered and cared for were present in this apartment, there was no milk at all on arrival. It would just take a few little touches to make this place quite amazing, as it’s a nice apartment and the location was beautiful ❤️❤️

Although we picked the only weekend in months that had terrible weather, the accommodation was outstanding and made the stay very pleasant. Thanks Annmaree.

Lovely apartment. Will probably bring my own pillows next time as the pillows were a fraction too high but everything else was a breeze. Walking distance to pub and a lot of restaurants.

Annmaree was great to deal with regarding the apartment. Unfortunately, the guests before us had smoked in the apartment and smells can affect me. I could smell the smoke and bleach. I had all the windows open and the ceiling fans on. The breeze was fabulous and we only used the aircons rarely. The apartment was very well appointed. Everything I needed to use for cooking was in the kitchen. How the bathroom is set up is really helpful for multiple people to get ready. Being away for so long, having the washing machine and dryer to use was great. The kids loved being able to watch netflix on the large smart tv too. The apartment complex is a little dated, but the apartment itself has been renovated. The complex was very quiet, but we could hear the noisy neighbours in the building next to us. Mind you, it was the holidays and there was lots of people visiting family etc. I would think it would be quieter when it wasnt Christmas. Our 4wd just fit into the garage (height & length). We had to take off the tow bar length wise to be able to shut the garage door. Our car doesnt have the best turning circle, so we had to do multiple point turns to get out. We would stay here or another one of Annmaree's properties again.

We stayed for the weekend it was beautiful on the lake side! Apartment was perfect hot water ran out fast but that’s ok cause we just had showers at different times as the water got warm very quickly! The jug was a bit rusty but didn’t bother us we just boiled water in the pots there and worked just as good Other then that everything was great! Would definitely stay again!

everything is good. according to our travel experiences when it says bring your own linen, we never had to bring tea towel and bathmat. the website didn't say to bring those items, we just put up with wet feet for few nights. that's the only low bit. otherwise, perfect location and a clean property.

Loved the place, modern and neat. Only problem was the wifi wasn't working even after we'd let the owner know. She did explain there was a 20 minute wait when she phoned them. She got back to us a few times but it didn't work so that was a bit upsetting for my kids.

We had a lovely time at Chill-Out Lakeside in Forster. It was nicely renovated and very inviting. The views out to the oyster farms on the lake were beautiful and it's just a walk across the road to an on-the-water cafe great for breakfast. Already planning to come back next year!

This apartment offers good value, combined with cleanliness, comfy beds and that superb view that is better than the photos once the sun sets. The ceiling fans do a great job of keeping things cool even in 40 degree heat so we didn`t miss the aircon at all. would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay in a nicely appointed unit. However, there is a number of draw backs that will prevent us from staying at this property in the future. No A/C, made the hot nights uncomfortable. Heavy duty screens on the windows and sliding door to the balcony which prevented any breeze from entering the unit. Whilst the outlook over the lake is spectacular at sunset, there is no blind to deflect the hot afternoon sun. The unit is also noisy with a lot of passing traffic. The positives are location with easy access to the lake, beach the pub and restaurants. The unit is also well equipped which made our stay enjoyable.
