Worth a visit

Great staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Was given a nice big fruit platter on the first day which was a nice touch. Pool area was great, especially with the sprinkler system misting around. The guys that drove around the cart were very helpful and recommended some very nice places to eat and even called on our behalf.

The fact that there is no restaurant available for dinner is crazy given that in order to leave the compound you need to get someone to drive you to the parking lot and then in most cases phone a number to open the gate and then once you got out, there was nothing really around. Breakfast was...okay...has potential. Consider for people with international phones that calling a Isreal number (often multiple times) in order to get through is not always feasible. The resort itself just needed a bit of attention to detail. Has really great potential to be quite the oasis, so things like the restaurant in the evening would be a big help and I think would be very justified by the number of people who would use it.

A great hotel that offers a unique experience of natural hot thermal baths with a very friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly. Arik the hotel manager and the front desk clerk. Arik improved our stay a lot. We enjoyed a rich breakfast and the room was clean and well equipped with a hot tub and coffee machine. The thermal baths are great. A wonderful experience. We enjoyed a relaxing Swedish massage and a watsu treatment in the pool as well. Omer is professional and charming.

The dining room is not luxurious and does not fit the rest of the hotel.

great service and a little bit of paradise

the service was wonderful, the place is like a little bit of paradise very close to the Sea of Galilee. Fresh towels and bathrobes when needed, refreshments right next to the pools, the owner welcomed us with a great coffee and even put up a nice birthday welcome for my husband - on the house. there is a shuttle service from the parking to reception, free use of the nearby public pools and crocodile farm and a wonderful breakfast! we really enjoyed our time and are planning to come again.

We had a great time staying in the Spa Village. The place was clean, quit and beautiful. The hot pool under the stary night was WOW! The breakfast was delicious! the stuff was nice and helpful. We had a great romantic weekend

Exceptional

The place was like an island of peace and serenity, beautiful, big room with jacuzzi, the food was incredible! , Spa pools open 24/7, beautiful, clean well tended grounds. The landscaping and vegetation are stunning, you feel like you're in an oasis in the dessert(which you are). Shout out to Arik the manager, Omer at the front desk, Árwad in the dining room, Monica in maintenance and Yelena in the Spa treatment room, they were AMAZING!!! Extremely dedicated to making the customer happy, they went above and beyond, true customer service! We'll be back with G-d's help.

Amazing and healing stay

Wow! what an amazing oasis to prioritize your health in the healing waters of Hamat Gader

the sulphur smell of the water can be a little hard to get used to, but there is nothing to be done about that!

Disappointing

The staff at the desk (thank you for the food mix spontaneously offered at nigh)t, the good breakfast, the bed.

The jacuzzi was dirty, and when someone had been sent to clean it he entered it with his dirty shoes..... So no jacuzzi. The check in is at 15h and the water installations, cold and hot, close around 16h30 cuz mid week, VERY clever ! So we pay for nothing, except the hot swimming pool which closes at 21h. The restaurant closes at 19h30, and nothing else around. Globally it's old, it needs to be renovated.
