Lovely spacious room, really nice hotel.

Being woken up by housekeeping at 8.30am and finding a dead fly on our fresh towels. The hotel is right next to a road which was quite busy.

Perfect location, 5 minute walk from Swiss Cottage tube station. Our family room was spotless, spacious and overall very quiet, we didn't hear a sound from other guests. The room was serviced every day to a high standard. The staff were all very polite and very helpful. There's so much to explore around the hotel. A 20 minute walk to Abbey Road, 5 minutes to Primrose Hill which leads to a lovely hour long walk into central London. 25 minutes walk in the opposite direction brings you to Camden Market. I'd recommend a visit to this -fantastic street food!! We didn't use the restaurant (too many other places to eat), nor did we use the pool, only because we didn't have time! With checkout at 12 noon and our train at 6.30pm, the hotel stored our luggage free of charge so we could enjoy our final afternoon without dragging them around with us. Overall we had a wonder four day trip and would definitely book this hotel again for its location, cleanliness, comfort and service.

Mycket trevligt hotell och väldigt trevlig personal . Rummen var fräscha , hade deluxe rum med 2 dubbelsängar . Badrummet hade badkar . Frukosten var jättebra , stor buffé med olika saker att välja mellan . Finns även gym och pool på hotellet

Bruit permanent de ventilation visiblement située sur le toit de l’hôtel; nous étions au dernier étage. Y compris durant la nuit.

Rooms were nicely laid out, enough room and towels for 3. Bed were comfy! Breakfast was hearty, healthy and lots to choose from. Location was convenient easy to walk and jump on a tube or bus. Some staff at the front desk were politely and very helpful.

No welcome snacks, robes or slippers available on arrival. The sound of doors banging possible laundry/linen cupboard located on the landing interrupted any chance of sleeping in late.

Muito ruído à noite, proveniente de uma máquina, estivemos hospedados no último andar. O preço do pequeno almoço bem exagerado para o que servem.

Un hôtel avec un service client incroyable, un hôtel prestigieux et à la hauteur de nos attentes. Un personnel aux petits soins avec un service bagagerie sans frais supplémentaire et commande d'un taxi rapide afin de rejoindre st pancras. Le restaurant était délicieux, et le petit déjeuner copieux et qualitatif Un hôtel bien desservie en matière de transport ce qui permet une visite de londres en toute tranquilité Un grand merci au personnel de l'hôtel nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Rien à dire tout était parfait

The location is near to town and regent park. it is nice as it is tuck away in a corner as I don’t really like crowd. Facilities were great as it has a good gym and pool. a great restaurant too.

The room was very clean, room service every day and fresh water, tea and coffee supplied.

some staff were nice

I booked 2 rooms for my family. unfortunately, the rooms were full of cigarettes smell. when I called all what they did was spraying some air fresheners!! I did complain multiple times and finally they charged the rooms after 2 nights and not immediately. meanwhile, I was giving albuterol (Ventolin) for my 3 year old child who is Asthmatic!!! the new rooms they gave me where next to the elevator and very noisy and the TV was not working and I reported that to them but no response. what really bothered me on top of that, I woke up one day and my credit card was authorized 1300 pounds ALTHOUGH the rooms were paid in full by BOOKING.COM 2 nights before our arrival and they already authorized 500 pounds on checking in. I paid full amount and received less than what I have been promised for. extremely disappointed

Staff members excellent. Quiet area. Room clean and beds excellent.

The bathroom needs to be updated. Rooms service kept making mistakes on our order.

Check in took a while, the booking.com booking reference wasn’t able to be found at the hotel.

Second time this year. Great location. Kids loved the pool. Great gym. Breakfast very good. Another great stay!

Le petit déjeuner qui est très copieux et délicieux La situation géographique , proche du métro et de Camden La chambre , côté route mais très silencieuse , spacieuse pour 2 couples La possibilité de se garer même si le prix pour les 24h est de 40£

La salle de bain légère petite Et petit plus si il y avait des bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique au niveau du parking :)

Buffet too much..I ordered from.menu 2nd day.
