Son lieu , proche de la plage et des commerces. Personnel sympathique

Chambre pas très propre … surtout la salle de bain Beaucoup trop bruyant, très mal isolé. On écoute toutes les portes qui claquent dès que quelqu’un rentre dans sa chambre . On écoute ce qu il se passe dans la chambre d à côté .

Habitaciones preciosas

La habitación en suite estaba totalmente reformada de hacía poco con materiales de calidad y buen gusto.

Que no habían terminado de repasar la obra y faltaba por ejemplo el mando y el secador que nos lo pusieron al día siguiente.

Un vrai bon moment en famille

La situation, l'amabilité du personnel, le restaurant et en particulier les poissons et les viandes grillées "à la plancha" du chef Miguel, la proximité de la plage, la piscine, les activités pour les enfants, les navettes gratuites vers les autres hotel Htop.

Le "look" de l'hôtel qui commence à dater. Le soir il est parfois difficile de trouver une place de parking aux alentours.

There are no words for the kitchen staff The food was worth the money the cuisine was great we really enjoyed it.good work to the chef and his staff thank you very much.

The room was how ever disappointing . The interior was old was not pleased at all , it too poor for a 4 star hotel

The hotel is good, thank you, it's not the first time we stayed, but I would like to improve it!

Kitchen, food, breakfast, lunch, dinner 🍴 everything was fine, especially the chef Giusep, God grant him and his colleague health! The reception staff is very good, everything is nearby, the sea, bus stop, shop, sun, infrastructure, I recommend for a holiday by the sea! Thank you very much!

It would be possible to refresh the repair of the exterior and inside: furniture! And of course, to wash the rooms not every day, as if for show, but at least in a day or two, but qualitatively 👍

Very well situated, friendly staff

Chaos at mealtimes, hard bed, paper thin wooden doors - if someone is speaking in the corridor you will hear it with the door closed.

The stay was as expected.

The staff are excellent friendly and helpful. They are work at the hotel every year constantly. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is near the beach and has a nice roof terrace..

The hotel does not have a separate comfortable lounge sitting area where you can be away from the reception and entertainment lounge. The food was not as good as pervious years we have visited them.

I can't remember anything good about this hotel as it was very disappointed experience, would not recommend

To be honest - from day 1 was disappointed to see how old is the hotel - rooms are without fridge, no kettle, beds in horrible condition, I can hear the next door neibour talking very clearly, Also we were disappointed when family of 4 (15 years and 8 years kids had to sleep next to their parents in such a small room! Huge queues to enter the breakfast and dinner, the staff were not prepared well for big amount of people, food disappointed, sorry to say that but it was the worst experience ever! Made plenty of pictures but I don't want to scare people, some pictures are really shocking... The croissants are rubbish, can't understand what they think offering this poor quality of breakfast to 4* hotel!!! Peoole, avoid this hotel if you don't want to have that disappointed holiday mood what we had.. No need manager to comment or reply to my message but I believe she knows where they need to make big improvements.. from the comments she made few years ago nothing has changed

I didn't have a good experience. The whole place is actually old and rusty, quite expensive for what you get. Many people just get drunk and behave improperly, very disturbing and loud ambient. Also, the property was not helpful at all when I asked them to move my reservation 1 night ahead because I couldn't get there as the train network has collapsed on that date. They just charged me. When I explained the situation, they said the room was non-refundable and would not even consider the circumstances. They are just making money and do not care about the impression the customer gets. Quite disappointing

For half board was not included in price water for lunch or dinner. Water was included only for breakfast.

This hotel should be 1 star category the night before our departure the police has to come because there was a fight at

False advertisement. The hotel should be listed as 1 star. There are cigarette holes in the bedspreads, signs of mold by the air conditioning unit, the bed mattresses are old and you can feel the bed springs on your back for 2 weeks. The hotel guarantees fast internet but that was a lie as there was no internet in the room at all. Booking.com pictures are misleading and totally untrue.

The breakfast was good as well as the location. It was near the beach but it was imposible to find parking.

The hotel does not explain in detail what do the “food options” include. Its was disappointing to arrive to the hotel and see that there are a lot of things you have to pay for “extra”. The food in the buffet is poor. Not tasty or variety. The pool is extremely tiny for the amount of people and the hotel looked old.
