No llega a 2 estrellas

Hola, para empezar no es un hotel que recomendaría a nadie por más barato que salga y no nos salió barato. La comida malísima, los desayunos malísimos. En la bañera había hongos , moho, unos ganchos para colgar ropa oxidados, el mando de la TV no funcionaba, me trajeron otro y las pilas estaba enganchadas con celo. Nos tocaron una familia de vecinos que no paraban de hacer ruido, pedimos cambio de habitación o que nos dieran el dinero que nos íbamos . Nos cambiaron y la siguiente habitación era igual de pésima que la anterior. En fin , no vuelvo ni que me regalen la estadía. La comida del último día no la hicimos y nos fuimos a la mañana. Un timo ya que esperas un 4 estrellas sup con mínimos , pero no llega a 2 estrellas. La calidad tiene que tener un mínimo de decencia sino te vas a un albergue que seguro estarás mejor o por lo menos más limpio. Gracias

We liked nothing :(. The hotel was dirty, old, the air on was not working properly and smelled weird. The carpets were old and the ceiling was broken. It was definitely not a 4star experience we were absolutely disappointed and felt like we threw our money away.

If it was cleaner, the air on was working and the broken ceilin and carpets were removed. The blankets were also broken I had to ask for room service as soon as I arrived. It wad horrible over all. When we ordered a drink we had to wait for like 10 s the service was also slow! You should remove the 4 star rating as it is not a 4 star hotel . I was in Paris the week before and Expedia ratings are much more accurate than Booking ratings.

The size of the room .

Too much dirty, not organized, the lift wasn't working, and the rush for breakfast.

Two double beds are great for when one of the two of the couple wants to sleep and the other doesn't and both toss and turn in bed

We hired the sauna service and the hot tub was actually kinda cold and the sauna only went up to 60 degrees. The food was good but not too much variety, for breakfast I missed some cured ham or chorizo or other cold cuts than mortadela and ham.

There was a lot of noise from the pipes from my room, every time someone flushed the toilet in another room above i could hear and not sleep. I did not like the food. It was same food every day and nothing much for people who eat vegetable apart from salad, chips or pasta, i even requested vegetable rice...tooo much fish! i did n't find any excursions from the hotel. Apart from that eveything was ok.

Electrics failed, tv stopped working, phone to reception didn’t work, dirty floor, mouldy bath/shower, no coffee facilities, told to buy from bar then take to room, did but was stopped taken food/drink from bar restaurant….I’m 50 and I felt way to young!!

The front concierge, were friendly and very helpful. Cheerful, smiling and pleasant.

I would have liked a kettle and maybe a small fridge in the room.

Hotel reception was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. The food was very nice buffet style. Rooms spacious and very clean very comfortable.

- elevator, not good! - room insulation is so poor that one can hear snoring from next room... you can hear pretty much all loud conversation from next room, totally unacceptable. - this is not a 4 star hotel, it cannot be a 4 star hotel as advertised... - no kettle, tea or coffee in the room. - basic bathroom, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. - pretty tight room.

excellent customer service. Warm welcome and the staff are always helpful.

There was no wide range of activities. The top floor was closed. I could not use jucozi 😢due to bad weather.

Beds are cheap and hard, and rooms could be doing with a bit of sound proofing, your hear everything

The staff is super nice, reception, dinning room, cleaners. I'm a vegetarian and even tho everything in the buffet has fish or meat, they prepared something specially for me every single dinner. Anything u need, they'll do the extra mile to accommodate. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach, local gym, main strip, massive supermarket across the road

Even tho I loved the staff and enjoyed everything in general, I don't think the hotel is a 4*. There's no fridge in the room by default, we gotta pay 3€/day to have it; the rather basic gym (but there's a private owned gym 5mins away) and spa only available if booked and only for 45 minutes slots; there's no private parking. Again, great experience and quality/price ratio but not a 4* hotel
