The large living room provides a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sea views. It is equipped with a 75-inch flat-screen smart TV and DVD player. Additionally, BRM1 has a 44-inch smart TV, BRM3 has a 43-inch smart TV, and the rear flat has a 55-inch smart TV. All TVs have access to Netflix (account provided), allowing simultaneous viewing in all rooms. The house is also equipped with ducted air conditioning for your comfort. There are five bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. The main bathroom is designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. A second bathroom/laundry includes a shower, vanity, washing machine, and toilet. A coin-operated dryer is available on-site. There is also a separate toilet for added convenience. The fully self-contained kitchen features a microwave and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. Two high chairs are available for use. For outdoor cooking, there is a coin-operated BBQ at the rear of the property. Additionally, a detached flat at the rear offers extra space and includes a TV and sofa. Off-street parking is provided. Upon arrival, guests will find provisions such as milk, tea, coffee, a range of cereals, sauces, sugar, salt, and pepper. For groups of 11-16 people, there is an additional charge per person per night. Please note that this property does not include linen. Guests are required to bring or hire their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and tea towels. Linen hire is available at a cost of $33 per person linen hire set, which includes a quilt, quilt cover, sheets, pillowcase, and towel. Way overpriced. No toilet paper, no tea towels. You have to pay to use the BBQ. The staff at LJ Hooker were incredibly rude. We paid extra for linen, but no towels were provided… The location is fabulous but I would not rent the property again or have any dealings with LJ Hooker

Great place- great location! Only feedback as an improvment would be get rid of that paid BBQ! Just put $10 on the price I'd be much happier than feeding $1 into a BBQ. Also, dont charge for internet use. Make that free, feel like we're paying enough to rent the property, internet really isn't that expensive in Victor is it? And an extra fee for putting rubbish in the wheely bin? I know its in the terms, but really? Will be putting a coin op on the toilet next? :-) Feels a bit like the Jetstar of properties. :-) Only a very slight negative on an otherwise awesome place.
