I booked this hotel in the last minute and was very delighted I did. There is some old world charm in the lobby and courtyard and there are magnificent views from the balcony. The opposite building is beautiful and you can even see a glimpse of the sea. I would book the hotel again just to hang out on the balcony enjoying the atmosphere. The room is good size and bathroom looked newly renovated. Breakfast was good for the price you pay.
Nothing not to like but as an indoor design enthusiast I would change the bedspreads as they make the room look outdated although it was actually in a mint condition.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel! It was modern, quite, clean and very central located. The staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant was amazing! There was no reason to eat dinner outside. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, very friendly almost like a family. Loved the fact that you can take your dog with you even to the pool area or breakfast outside. Great location, close to the beach. Literally perfect!

I would have liked to be given more information on what services are available upon arrival such as pool towels and safe, however the booklet in the room was helpful.
A couple of dinner times even when quiet I wasn't approached by waiters to serve me a drink I had to call them over. But other than this staff very helpful and usually friendly.

-From photos I expected the room to be more modern and fancy
-Every second day breakfast choice was smaller than the day before (but still not bad)
-There is no parking in the hotel (which seems to be typical) and sometimes it was not easy to find a place on the street. But then we found many spots available near the shop "Bazar Oriental"

Price appears not too high compared to other hotels. Size of the rooms ok.
Pictures on booking are misleading (swimming pool smaller than it appears, content of the rooms pretty cheap). Many things make the bill higher: cheapest wine bottles never available, courtesy bottles of water in the room only on the day of arrival, same for shampoo and soap (never replaced when empty). Changes of prices without previous notice.

The food is good in general. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff is nice.
The dinner time is from 7.30 to 9.30. I understand that it is oriented for Germans but it can be extended a bit.

Especially the staff was brilliant! Everyone was so friendly and nice, also with our little daughter.
Breakfast and dinner were also really good, a great variety of different dishes, good quality and I think everyone can find something there. We would have liked a bit more Spanish influenced food (so it was awesome that there was a mallorquin dinner night during our stay). But that's just personal opinion, we know they have to try and please everyone so it's necessary to also offer "neutral" food.
The whole hotel (incl. beer garden and pool area) is really nice, clean and comfortable. We also didn't feel it was too noisy, and the locations is just great. We also never had a problem finding a car park in the streets around the hotel. So we would definitely recommend this hotel and come back as well.
