Nestled in Historic Montford, this charming condo for £110 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Please TEXT or CALL if you need anything. We only check the site once a day and it can be wonky. Sometimes we don't get messages until the next day. We thoroughly clean everything after every stay. All surfaces are sanitized including window seals and door knobs. We have anti bacterial hand sanitizer for your use and Clorox wipes available in our rentals. All dishes, glasses, and silverware are washed in a high heat dishwasher and washed between renters. All linens are high heat washed and dried and stored in a safe place away from any other materials. If you would like, we can even leave the cleaned linens for you, so you can make your own bed. (Please Read our Great Reviews and Entire Listing before Booking!). Overnight guests cannot bring pets into the building. If you bring an authorized animal then by booking this unit you agree to pay through VRBO an additional $500 dollar fine. Perfect studio condo for two in the heart of downtown Asheville. Located directly behind U.S. Cellular Center- Walk to everything. Parking is a huge issue in the city and you have your own dedicated space. Classy, minimalist but decorated in the mid-century modern style, this condo will take you back to an era when black and white photos were the vogue and Asheville was a little known gem in the mountains. All the modern conveniences included with an eye to the past. True studio (390sq/ft) love shack. The perfect pied-a-terre get away in the city. This is your base camp for discovery of the city of Asheville and the surrounding area. Hike in the Blue Ridge or Smoky Mountains, golf, go antiquing, or ride the Blue Ridge Parkway by day then return park the vehicle and walk to dinner at one of the fabulous downtown restaurants. This condo is perfect for a lover's getaway. Notice: This property is decorated in the Mid-Century Modern style (1950's-1960's). Furniture from that era was smaller. If you are a very tall person (6'3 or taller) and if you are a large person (250+) this space might not be for you. Heating and air conditioning can be adjusted remotely if you need help. Please take your shoes off and leave in the hall on matt provided if raining or snowing. If you request an early checkin and we have not approved it, please don't just expect it. We have back to back rentals and need time to clean.

Hosts were very accommodating. They permitted us an earlier check-in time. At the last minute we decided to fly instead of driving. The location was great and we walked most places. Only needed Ubers to get to and from the airport. The hosts had a lovely little gift basket in theie fridge, which was greatly appreciated. We used what we could and unfortunately couldn't take everything home with us as we were tight in packing space in our suitcase. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

My husband and I enjoyed a brief weekend stay here for a concert at the Wortham center downtown. This place was perfect for the price, amenities, and location. We parked our car upon arrival and didnt use it again until it was time to leave. Everything was minutes within walking distance! I asked about the Wifi code and got no reply to that specific question. It's listed in the apartment, but not accurately. The bed, well.... for Starters I had to flip mattress upside down. The bath tub was extremely slippery with nothing to hold on to. I had to buy my own bath mat and put it down.

Everything was fine, and I enjoyed my stay. I was there by myself, and I think it's perfect for one person. I wonder whether it might be a little tight for two people? But then again, most people get up and go out during the day, so it shouldn't be a problem. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great location - went to a concert right next door at the Harrah’s auditorium, walked to get coffee in morning, walked to dinner and shopping!! Comfy little apartment for our weekend getaway and we didn’t have to get in our car once!! Apartment is stocked with anything you could need or might forget!! This place is a great little spot to stay with a super convenient location that's steps away from downtown. The included onsite parking makes experiencing downtown Asheville so easy! If you're looking for in-unit laundry or a place to do a lot of cooking I would suggest elsewhere, but if you're looking for a compact and cute residence with a great location I would 100% recommended staying here, my girlfriend and I certainly loved it!

Upon arrival we had all instructions on checking in and we very pleased with everything. Clean, supplies if needed, and location. The only negative is a very uncomfortable mattress, but other than that the place is wonderful.

My husband and I took a quick getaway trip to Asheville. This condo is in the perfect spot. Close to coffee spots, restaurants, bars, mad shopping. We only used our car once to go to the Biltmore. It was so nice to have a parking space at the condo. We could walk everywhere! Condo was noticably clean and met all of our needs and expectations. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed this space for our Asheville getaway & appreciated the special touches in the apartment (handmade pottery mugs, cute details, bathroom supplies & even a stocked medicine cabinet for small needs if you forgot).The dining table/seats & sitting area were comfortable for us & loved the wood floors vs. carpeting. The BUILDING is a bit strange (felt safe but it is a bit odd) but the apartment is great. Parking spot = bonus! We walked everywhere & liked that it was close to everything downtown but slightly off the main drags. One note - as a female, if I were traveling alone I would not have felt as comfortable walking to & from restaurants/bars after dark but felt completely fine with another person. :) We would come back to this spot next visit if it is available.

The condo was perfect for a weekend trip to Asheville. Very clean and had everything we needed. Building felt safe and access was easy. Unit has its own parking space which was so convenient, especially being in downtown. I cannot say enough about the location- easy walk anywhere in downtown. Food, drink and entertainment all only a few blocks away.

This cute condo is the perfect for a couple's trip or a solo adventure to Asheville! The location is perfect if you're looking to spend time downtown, as everything is in walking distance! Minutes from bars, restaurants, and shops in the heart of downtown, as well as all of the breweries the South Slope area has to offer! The condo was clean, had all of the amenities you would need, and was the perfect little space for a getaway.

The property was exactly as described in the description. It’s a cozy, comfortable and convenient condo. My wife and I had a wonderful week walking to nearby restaurants, shows and shops. We were also able to jump on the nearby expressway to get everywhere else we wanted to go. Kirk was very responsive to our questions. The check in was incredibly easy. The kitchen and pantry stocked with the essentials you often forget. There was lots of information about local activities. We plan on coming back and recommend you stay here when you visit Asheville!

Our stay with at this property was wonderful. Communication and check in was a breeze and well described in written communication before arrival. We had no problems at all with accessing the unit. The property is very charming and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the small touches throughout the property and appreciated the quality of them as well. The bathroom towels are soft and the bathroom is very clean and nice. We loved the many travel books on Asheville and the surrounding areas. You can tell the owners have been very thoughtful with the traveler in mind. The location of the property is also a plus. We were within walking distance of anywhere we wanted to go in downtown Asheville. We enjoyed our time away and will definitely look into staying at this property again when we visit the area.
