Lido di jesolo is a resort geared towards Germans and we think we were the only British in the resort most restaurants have exactly the same menu

Everything was okay. The staff is very kind, speaks multiple languages. The breakfast has a wide variety, everyone finds whst they need. Fruits and cakes are fresh. The beach is nice, the sea is very close. Very recommended place to stay.
The door between the rooms let through too much light and noise. We were able to hear and understand all the conversations from the next room. Some upgrades are recommended for privacy.
The parking with a big car (4.5m+) is challenging, but at such crowded areas that is somehow acceptable.

firstly the staff !! OMG, they couldn’t do enough to make the stay more comfortable and nothing was too much effort.
We stayed for the ironman race, it’s a little further along the course but would stay here again no question and considering coming back here with the kids for a weeks break.
Parking was great too, they have an agreement for private parking around 400m away, no hassle.
location for restaurants and bars was brilliant, 2 minutes walk to the beach, ideal location for all we needed.
we didn’t even realise they had a pool but that just topped it off.
Not one thing.

Good location, nice pool area.
Did not allow to have a late check-out or prolong the stay for the couple hours (till 1pm), due to the fact that we had a sick daughter with tempature. Just said that they have a couple of free rooms and propose to book a room for additinal night for 350EUR. Was really negatively suprised by attitude of the staff in this situation.
Poor breakfast. In general this hotel is not really 4-star hotel.

Location was central and rooms spotless.
A tad expensive for me.

VERRY INTERNATIONAL STYLE... probably one of 3 or 4 international hotel 4stars in Jesolo... less old of the others, very good smells, well refitted bedrrooms, good public spaces, nice 2 bars
brerakfast could be a sea view breakfast.. instead they prepare the breakfast in the back side. Sea Side only for lunch... it's a pity. Also swimming pool is quiite small fo a 4 stars but quite ok. Please Buy the small old cottage in front of the sea and build a beautyfull swiiming park wiith sand trees and water game!!!! that old house in the meadle bwtween hotel and seaside is a waste of space!!!!

Wonderful dinner. Close to beach. Swimming pool.
From room you look at the rooms of next hotel.
Service for breakfast and dinner is very bad: many people, but every is busy with someone/something else and not with you.
Room itself is good and fresh, but bathroom... old

Very helpful staff , great breakfast staff, polite & professional.
Kept awake from midnight until 3.00am by noise from other guests . Terrible sound proofing of rooms. I love all types of music, but hearing YMCA blasting out over & over again at 2 am and doors slamming, was just too much. Obviously we called reception & it finally calmed down. But.... no mention of apology the following morning....
Just saying this was our 2nd stay at this hotel, a couple of years ago we had no complaints, so decided to stay there again, very unlucky this time. Real shame staff decided to place us ( a couple in their 50’s on the same floor as a large group of party hard youngsters ) when the hotel was pretty much empty. Bad planning.

Room, proximity to the beach.
It's definitely not a children-friendly place, especially if you have 1-2-3 years old child. So, if you have a small child, better to avoid this place. It takes 45-60 minutes for dinner to arrive, even though you pre-order it a day in advance. This is definitely difficult for parents with small children because they can't wait so long to be served. The food quality is good, but the service is awful. The hotel staff speak Italian (of course) and German pretty well, but if you don't use any of these languages, you may have some issues when having dinner/ breakfast. Especially because you need to explain what would you like as antipasti and for breakfast.

The location was perfect! The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very nice.
Air conditioning was very poor. When I arrived to the room, air conditioning was not working. I was told to wait for maintenance person. After several minutes he came and worked on it and left. It would come on but never cooled the room. The front desk people didn’t give me WiFi information. I called front desk and lady said it was posted in the lobby and I should have seen it. I got upset and eventually she brought it to my room. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were super thin and hard. I would never rate this hotel 4 stars. No way to shower without getting water in the floor.

The staff: They were very friendly, pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast buffet: The food in the breakfast buffet was delicious! Additionally, they took lots of precautions for COVID. Everyone who queued at the breakfast buffet had to wear a mask, and they couldn't serve themselves. There were waiters who would individually serve you food at the buffet, to prevent people from sticking their own hands in.
Location: The hotel is surrounded by lots of wonderful pizzerias, restaurants, cafes, shops. Everything is within walking distance.
Access to Beach: There's a private beach with the hotel, and if you book in advance, you get an umbrella and chairs for the entire duration of your stay. The beach was pretty amazing! Though there were lots of people, everyone maintained distance and it never felt too crowded at any point. Lots of cafes / stalls by the beach where you can just get drinks and sit under your umbrella. The beach was clean as well.
Facilities: They have a pretty good swimming pool with a bar, and there are umbrellas and chairs by the pool as well.
Cleanliness: The hotel was quite clean and housekeeping cleaned up regularly.
The bed: We went as a couple, however, the hotel does not have an option of a proper double-bed. The double-beds that they have are actually two single beds put together. So if you'd like to cuddle your partner and sleep in the night, it's extremely uncomfortable as one of the single beds keep sliding, and one person is likely to fall into the gap between the beds. Not to mention, it's awful for your back.
Plumbing: The hotel had some plumbing issues during our stay. I'd like to dismiss this as a one-off occurrence. Due to some issue with the plumbing, there was no water for a couple of hours one morning -- no water from the taps or toilet. That was quite inconvenient. The staff let us use some bottled water from the minibar though, and didn't charge us for it (though we had to insist a bit, first).

Not beach front as house in front of hotel, not given beach card at check in, very noisy from road at front of hotel

Hotel is really close to the beach, there is free parking for people staying at the hotel
We chose full board and stayed at the hotel for just one night.
Lunch is at 12:30 PM -1:30 PM, check in is at 14:00 and checkout at 10:00, so Hotel Europa staff thought it was a good idea to deny us late checkout and lunch, so we paid for lunch we couldn't attend.
Two times we got unexpected visits from the staff, once their guy knocked at the door twice and just entered the room without having our permission, he saw us sleeping with our baby and said "Oh, I'm sorry", left the room and shut the door.
So far this is the worst hotel in Jesolo we've been to so far
