room was clean, bed was fairly comfy - tv worked and was good quality, better than other places I've stayed. shower was really lovely. short walk to the city centre. also had a car park. Lady who checked me in was friendly and helpful. It's not the height of luxury but it was exactly what I needed for the night and I would stay again.

Could have show me the room so I knew where I was going.

No-one told me there were 2 no 3's. Got home to find someone that I thought was in my room so slept in corridor.

It’s location within a 100 metres of our event. The guest house was very clean, bed’s extremely comfortable and the facilities well up to standard.

The towels were tired, hard and rather grey in colour.
