Near the beach

Felt very safe, near restaurants and bars good location. Aircon was amazing

Good but we were not impressed

The room and the breakfast was nice. I had also an excellent massage in the spa room

The bed was uncomfortable, and for the room cleaning were coming after 17:30pm, an hour that we returned in our room to rest. So for this reason we did not have a clean room for 2 days out of a total of 3 nights. It was a good hotel but needs to be improved the room service. For the money that we pay we were expected something more more better.

Superb

The suit was very nice, all staff at the reception where very supportive and friendly. Nicole and her team from the TS fashion store where very helpful and super nice. Mack and his FB team made sure i had no unfilled wishes from the Bars or restaurant. For sure i will recommend this place and looking forward to come back. Sincerely, Phillip B.

Great spot and staff , but change how you do your meal packages.

we had meals included with our package , but couldnt have near the pool asked to speak to the manager . but never came to speak to us Which was hard to understand why, when he was talking to all the ladies the couple of days before

the beautiful staff who were always helpful and friendly

1. the hand basin was clogged upon checkin 2. there was no usual irons, so there were limited steam irons available so it took over a few hours for it to be available for us to use 3. I had to walk through the breakfast area to access the gym and pool and people can see you in the gym when they are eating breakfast????

Very relaxing

I really liked the staff in the hotel as well as the pool area. Rooms are very nice designed and clean as well. Their food was tasty.

I think lighting in the room is not enough. Especially in the bathroom. Women would like more proper light when doing make-up. I was expecting the hotel to use filtered water but they said the ice they use is from tap water. Considering the importance of not drinking tap water, I expected such expensive hotel to be careful about it.

this hotel really have great staffs and good fine facilities But I am Not coming back, too noisy for me

All staffs are great, polite and very helpful. Facilities is good Fine and good breakfast

too close to street. TOO NOISY. all day you can hear motorbikes and cars sound.

We would stay again!!

We would stay again. Staff were fantastic, breakfast delicious, spacious rooms and bed very comfortable.

You do notice maintenance issues around the hotel facility and in the bedroom furniture wear and tear. However, I am sure the hotel has a plan in place to address the issues stated above.

Beautiful hotel but not as luxurious aa advertised

The hotel is stunning with great looking bedrooms and a good size to match it. Staff were attentive.

Breakfast didn't have as much variety as you'd expect for a large size hotel. The rooms facing the main street are noisy, and if you're not a deep sleeper will keep you awake most of thw night.

2 bed villa was great !

Stayed in a 2 bedroom rooftop villa which was very comfortable especially with the private pool. AC worked very well and the beds were super comfortable.

A few of the Villa furnishings could do with a tidy up. nothing major but just a little rough in parts. Also when exiting the pool into the seating area the floor can become very slippery.

Overall great experience

Good location, friendly staff and all facilities which are needed are there

The open wall in one of the villa bedroom bathroom. Even though no one could see in, there were spaces big enough for insects, lizards to all come inside

Staff were incredibly friendly, and the room itself was very comfortable.

The facilities were slightly underwhelming compared to our expectations based on photos we had seen of the property.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the rooftop pool.

Location was good, breakfast a bit average.

Room was made up late in the afternoon which we didn't like. Morning would have been better.

Great value for money!

Rooms were very spacious and the bathtub was fantastic! Staff are super friendly. The breaky buffet was really good. The gym looks into the restaurant 🤣

If you step outside your room - it's like you're outdoors. It's hot!
