Nicola is a very friendly host who is always willing to help.. The location is great. Breakfast was very nice. It's was a perfect choice.

The manager was great - he took time when we arrived to go over a map of town. He pointed out ATMs, grocery stores, restaurants with typical food, etc and was quick to respond to all communication. Each unit had a big box with stuff to take to the beach: chairs, unbrellas, games, etc. Big patio with comfortable furniture. Drying rack on deck.. Comfortable beds. The common kitchen was nice. There were bottles of frozen water in the freezer that could act as an icepack to go to the beach.

We couldn't use the new stove/oven in the common kitchen.

loved our private balcony (blue room) and Nicola was really kind! very clean and was able to use the refrigerator in the kitchen, as well as utensils and plates etc.

Thank you Nikola for everything. Stay in your B&B was really great and thank you for your recomendations and support. We will be back in your B&B when we will be in this city for sure ;)

We had a lovely stay at Nicolas place! The check-in went smoothly just as the communication with Nicola who helped ous with every question we had and who gave us lots of recommendations and suggestions! The room was perfect! It was big with a nice bathroom and a private part of the verande which is shared with another room. Sadly because of Covid we couldn't have breakfast in the B&B itself, but got a coupon for a breakfast in a restaraunt right around the corner which consists of a hot beverage, something small to eat and a glass of water (typical sardinian breakfast). The room was cleaned every day and if needed the towels were replaced every day too! There were umbrellas, chairs and games for the beach, which was awesome. 10/10 would recommend and stay there again!

The place is perfect, clean, well thought and equipped simply, but with everything you may need during your holidays to be comfy. The host is flexible, welcoming and helpful, gave us a lot of good advices. Definitely recommended :)
