Good sized, clean unit with everything we needed for an overnight stay.

Very good

Loved the spa bath, good central heating, good kitchen set up and supplies provided helpful. Beds comfortable and warm blankets. Nice views, Spacious cozy house. Easy parking on site. Easy key pick up and drop off. Good to have washing machine and dryer. Nice and quiet.

The bathrooms and kitchen could do with some renovation eg one door didn't close, shower curtain too short so leaked on floor, other door is chipping off. Dishwasher and welcome food hamper would add an extra touch of luxury.

The location to the 3 sisters

check in procedures or key code we’re never sent. When we arrived, we got an email stating that we should go to the motel to pick up keys. No one was at the motel. The intercom system was abysmal. The unit (#4) does not look like the pictures posted on the website. The smell of carpet freshener was overpowering. The carpet itself was very old and worn. The electric strip in one bedroom was falling out of the wall. There’s a hole in the vent on the floor. There are no bed stands or bedside lamps as shown on the listing. The dryer vent was disconnected and hanging loose. the shower curtain blew all over and stuck to you when you were showering. Management was unresponsive to our email after check in. Would not recommend.

Couldn’t get a better location

Great location, a lot of space

check in process was hard. Wasn’t advised of the check in process in advance. there’s a phone at the place that you pick up in order to check in, but no one answered. randomly found online someone had gone to a nearby motel to get the key which I did, and finally was able to enter the property. very average.

There were a few issues with the apartment however it was a good location.

Good location. Quiet surroundings. Adequate kitchen facilities. Could see part of the mountains from the kitchen window.

The lounge area had a smell of stale vomit so we didn’t sit in the room.The bathroom needs renovating. The shower didn’t have a shower curtain and water flowed onto the bathroom floor - very soggy. The bathroom vanity had a broken drawer. Some of the crockery was worn and needs replacing. The electric blanket on the single bed didn’t work. The furniture looked “tired”. The clean linen for the apartments was left on a trolley uncovered under the carport.

Poor value for money and dreadful customer service experience

The location was terrific; right near the Three Sisters. The accommodation was very old, but it was clean.

Two things. The pull out bed broke as soon as my friend lay on it and he cut his finger on one of the split wooden slats. Also, I left my jacket in the wardrobe and despite calling back repeatedly, wasn't able to get it back. I spoke to two different front desk girls and both promised to talk to the cleaner and ring me back but neither did. It was very disappointing as it is an expensive jacket and there's no where else it could be. This is very bad customer service and I would never recommend staying here. We have stayed in loads of places in the Mountains, but will never stay here again.

What a view!!!

A magnificent view of echo point and a spacious house to utilise. Heating worked fabulously. Clean and tidy.

Outdated fixtures and furniture which isn’t a dislike but it could definitely do with a makeover!

10/10 location and price

The property is located metres away from all the popular walks and so close to the main strip of Katoomba shops. We stayed during a cold snap and this property was so warm and cosy, our 1yr old slept through the night in the toasty bedroom. It’s also super quiet and well equipped.

Although furniture & interiors are well & truely dated, the property was extremely clean and comfortable. I would 100% stay here with my family again.

Very Basic

Kitchen and lounge were ok. The air conditioning was efficient.

The carpet in one of the bedroom stank of urine. The balcony was noisy and not private. Booking.com should consider deleting this property.

Great family stay

Great little house for a family stay. Toasty warm and very comfortable. Close to lots of great little cafes and restaurants in Katoomba.

Shower curtain didn't reach the floor, so water flowed out onto floor while showering in one of the showers.

Exceptional

Location, convenience and facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was spectacular and the accommodation was cosy and comfortable on a col and windy night

Pleasant

Excellent location if you want to be near the viewpoints for the three sisters and access to walking tracks. Good parking.

Accomm rather disappointing. Though priced accordingly.
