Excellent value for the money. Quiet location. Magnificent views of the hills. Close to Kranevo and Albena (about 5 minutes by car). Large, clean swimming pool, beautiful garden, free private parking place. Good restaurant. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, terrace. Nice staff, good communication, easy check in/check out.

The apartment was perfect for me and my family (me my wife and four children). Two double beds in the bedroom and two double sofa beds in the living room. You have two balconies with amazing views of the complex and surroundings. Two bathrooms and all amenities required (washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, iron, hair dryer). On the weekends you have a buffet restaurant and the food is A+ (in my opinion). This is the perfect place to stay with a family. The staff are so friendly and the people staying there are so lovely. A note, the owner of the apartment is so friendly, nice and accommodating. It's an amazing place. 8 minutes to albena beach and 15 minutes to golden sands. You have a massive pool that the kids will absolutely love. And lots of space to chill on the side of the pool. Free parking is a massive bonus. If you have any issues please talk to Galina, what a lovely person and so is everyone working there. 10/10, you will love this place :) We misplaced our key one night, I called the owner of the apartment and he dealt with the situation immediately.

0, everything is amazing here

Nice resort outside Albena. Large pool. Safe environment. The appliances works well, most of them. AC was up to the task in a hot afternoon.

There was impossible to lock the entrance. No security issue for us, but still. The watter tank for toilet supply ran all the time-we had to use main switch. AC filter filed with dust. Dirty sofa surface. Lack of soap or hand gel was surprisingly unpleasant for still pandemic state. Not even a dust of salt or pepper nor a drop of oil or vinegar. We had to bring ours. Some improvements will be appropriate to be made! Very crowded parking all the time. Noisier than we were used it to be during our previous stays.

The magnificent views of the vineyards on the hillsides and the sea in the far distance. The Elbar Restaurant in the nearby village of Rogachevo that was within walking distance.

The complex was closed for the winter with only an elderly gentleman in attendance most of the time manning the boom at the entrance to the complex to allow the few permanent residents in and out. Reception was completely closed and was being renovated. There were no staff there at all apart from the maintenance crew. When we walked around the pool area we nearly came to grief as there were some bolts sticking up out of the paving that one did not notice when looking around. The apartment we had was owned by the people living next door to it in a larger apartment, but they were about to return to their home in the UK. They did give us directions to find various places. There was no lift in the building so we had to walk up and down three floors to and from the apartment, and if it had not been for a very kind gentleman who carried our heavy suitcases up all those stairs for us we would never have managed. However, he had left when we were due to leave so we really struggled to get our suitcases back down all those stairs again and I hurt my back doing so. My advice to others is not to rent an apartment from owners who are only temporarily in residence, but rather to rent from the complex when it is fully operational. We only stayed there as I was interested in buying an apartment there, but this experience put me off as we could not manage all those stairs as we get older. Also I am sure it would be very noisy there in the season when the complex is full of families enjoying the pool. At such times parking must be very difficult to find as there is limited parking space.

The location was really good, very quiet with a rural feel but also very close to everything by car. The apartment we stayed in had a lovely view over looking small vine yards and the village of Rogachevo. At the time of our stay it was getting to the end of the season, plus Covid so the restaurant was closed, therefore I'm unable to comment on it. However the bar was well equipped and excellently managed. Also both bar and pool area was kept immaculate. The pool had easy access and a safe area for children. I would definitely recommend this complex and hope we get the chance to stay there again in the near future.
