We were surprised that breakfast was not included in the price.

delicious breakfast, in spite of recent ratings. freshly baked bread rolls, scrambled eggs and sausage as well as yoghurt with honey.

needs a bit of TLC. all clean enough - except for shower, but host promised he’d sort it.

Price, remote location

Room and bathrooms dirty (spiderwebs, bugs, mold in the swimming pool). Uncomfortable beds. Full of random piled up stuff

Quiet, comfy beds, right on camønoen, perfect for hikers with not too high expectations who don't feel like camping. Good for one night. Very efficient host (no smalltalk).

Generally speaking a bit put together and run down. Somewhat clean and not a bed and breakfast in first place but sort of spiritual meeting center. Not really worth the money but kind of the only place around...

Although the room itself was not very big, the communal space is huge and contains everything one could wish for. We especially enjoyed the huge bathtub/ jacuzzi after having cycled all day, the outdoor heated swimming pool and the delicious organic breakfast with homemade bread rolls.

The place is quite remote and although there are a couple of nearby restaurants and a delivery service, they tend to close pretty early, so that we could not get any dinner at around 8.00 pm.(this might be due to covid-restrictions though) If you are prepared you can use the well equipped kitchen to prepare your own food though.
