2泊しました。私の家族や両親と大人数で皆で過ごすことができたので、よかったです。 お茶だけでなく紅茶やコーヒーもあったり飲み物も選べるのかよかった。食器やコップも沢山ありました。 楽しみにしていたジャグジーは、使うと汚れのようなものが出てきていました。すぐにホテルに連絡を取ると、次の日に見にきてくれました。結局は配管がダメになっていたとのことで次の日もジャグジーは使えませんでしたが、丁寧に対応して下さいました。 子ども達はまたここに泊まりたいと言っていました。

加湿器があって水を入れようとしたんですが、加湿器の中が汚れていて使うのを躊躇いました。

What breakfast? The location was fine, nice and quiet - just a bit far from the main part of Kyoto. train line is close and walking around is thankfully something we enjoy.

The bath smelled really bad. I know what that smell is and it comes from not cleaning properly. Somewhere there is rotting hair or something because it was quite bad - so bad in fact that I had to pull the large deodorizing / aircon unit from the other room and run it full boar in the bathroom. I even went out and bought incense from the super market to mask the smell so we could at least enjoy the bath - which is very nice, but come on - you're lucky I'm fairly easy going because that was pretty messed up. I'd actually expect something to be done or some kind of refund to be honest. The kitchen cupboards were a mess, the place is not really that comfortable ie there is no seating or anything like that- it is really bare and is just a bit frustrating because its actually a huge house for Japan, and could be amazing. Just lots of little things that just seemed weird with the property and overlooked.

It's nice location and very spacious for 7of us. It's clean too.

It have washing machine but there's no way to hang the clothes and also not enough hanger. They also provide coffee but without any sugar.

Didn't like the breakfast, the cheapest bento, and the same two days

The host was very accommodating. Bringing towels everyday. We sent a lot of luggage via tyakkubin and they had them ready in our room. Likewise we sent our luggage out and they helped us fill forms and deal with complication on delivery. Superb service!

The hot tub is really only for 1-2 people max but in picture I thought it’ was for 4-5. Now dryer for the washer made it difficult to wash clothes.

Beautiful renovated machiya with fantastic bath with view of japanese garden. Amazing opportunity to enjoy your own little piece of kyoto.

Minor minor complaint - having to use your own netflix id and password to log in.

A whole house to ourselves as a family - with kitchenette, washer/dryer, two toilets - brilliant! Very clean. Very nice Japanese style.

Location is okay, but not great. You need a taxi to get pretty much anywhere interesting. The only things within walking distance (sort of) are the railway museum and Toji temple.
