The location was right in the heart of the city, you can walk to most places for food and night life. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The apartment contact where very nice and helpful (via this app) helped us book a taxi for our flight early in the morning and to get an extra set of keys.

It's a bit hard to find the place when we first got there, we had to wait next to the place for like 10 minutes for someone to come and let us in and give us the keys, we had data so we could communicate via this app, without it, it would have been very hard to get there. (Maybe a short video from the host can solve this problem easily) To get in the apartment you need to use 4 keys (one to the main building, to the floor, another gate and only then you get to the room itself). In the room you need to climb a few steps (without a handrail) to get to the second floor with the bed, bathroom and shower, this may be very hard for old people, this didn't bother us too much. Getting to the metro is around 10 minutes walk, not too far, but not very close...

We liked the extensive security inside the apartment complex. It was centrally located near restaurants of interest.

The air conditioning never cooled down the apartment in the three days we were there. uncomfortably warm. The hot tub took two hours to fill and the water never got hot. Listing said the apartment was on the second floor. The bedroom is on the second floor of the apartment but the whole apartment was on the fourth floor of the building. Not easy to get in and out of.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The location was really perfect, all the significant attractions were in walking distance. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

This was such a cute property, very safe and clean! The host was very helpful even though my booking was very last minute. The bath was great! everything was superb!

Very nice apartment with two bathrooms, quiet and comfy. All you need for a longer stay is there. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Carmen (the lady who greeted us) was very nice and attentive, even gave us her phone number for questions.

The only thing that may be needs improvement is the check-in procedure. We pointed out our arrival time by booking (not outside working hours), but when we rang at the door there was noone to meet us. We needed to make a call and wait 15 minutes.

Very clean, great bed with memory foam mattress, fantastic location, very safe, completely quit at night, very nice staff, great display of the appartment in two floors and toilet/shower on both floors. Lots and lots of space for your clothes in the bedroom, both hangers and drawers. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Historic center seems very safe also in the evenings. Description and pictures on booking.com are accurate.

just little things: couldn’t find out how the soap dispenser on the first floor functioned. The spa could do with a little maintenance to get all the fuses working.

Location was great. The hosts were great.

The shower is really small. Hot water coming only from the upper fixed stream. Stairs are narrow and steep. Only one small window. No bathroom and toilets ventilation

Great place. Location is very central, but as it's set back there is no issue with noise. The apartment is very spacious and the jacuzzi bath was a real treat

Beautiful, stylish apartment in a central location. Many places to eat within walking distance. Felt very secure within the apartment building. We had a slight issue getting in contact with the hosts when we arrived but that was mostly our error as we didn't realise our internet was not turned on to receive their WhatsApp messages, but they eventually contacted us by phone call and came to meet us with the keys! All good :)

Air con was amazing downstairs, not so good upstairs. It was a lot warmer.
