The pool area needs maintenance - remove the weeds. The last of the steps out of the pool is very low, possible problem for elderly or less mobile guests. Restaurant was closed. Safe in room 102 was useless as it was not attached to anything so could easily be removed from the room if someone wished to take it, and it’s contents, away.

Nice small hotel, each room has all the basic necessities and a terrace. It was clean and comfortable. Easily accessible by car. Perfectly situated for Oasis Biderossa.

Each terrace has a dining table but really could do with better seating to relax on. The pool area is in some dis repair with broken plastic grates round side of the pool and plants growing through the patio tiles. The reception is only sporadically open, the lady speaks ok english. Despite asking what time we needed to check out the reception wasn't open. The staff in the restaurant, except the chef spoke no English and it was clear that they really didn't want to serve us. The service was slow and orders weren't correct. It made us feel uncomfortable and we chose not to dine there on our last evening. We had planned to spend a relaxed day by the pool but the pool was surrounded by wasps and there was no facility to get any food/drink during the daytime at the hotel.

Polite staff. Some days there was fresh orange juice at breakfast. The room is big, the terrace is huge.

Lack of individuality in the room and the premises. The climatisation system gave off an unpleasant smell and we didn't use it.

Friendly staff. Great pool

The menu at the restaurent was very limited if you dont like fish/sesfood. Breakfast was very boring

Not very warm people. Happily the two waiters are really nice. The schedule of the pool : 4pm to 8pm (the sun hides behind the hill at 6) non sense... The cleaning woman rang at 9.30 am to clean the room! The receptionist wanted us to pay for drinks we didn t have. A dog was attached all day to a tree near a caravan which was 50 meters to our room Lack of decoration and the lighting sucks in the room Air conditioning was necessary but too strong when working Very far from Dorgali 50 min by car

The room is large with direct access to parking and to the pool. The pool is nice to relax and have a swim. The restaurant was pleasant to have dinner when you don't want to go out. The breakfast is good with various choices.

The organisation of the rooms makes it a bit noisy when people are staying and talking on their terrace. The hotel is a bit far from the city center of Orosei so you need a car if you want to have dinner outside at night.

Just great place ,,parking right out side your bedroom,room great size .clean quite up to date fittings ,had fridge .being fussy bed could be softer but ok.The staff are a great tight nit bunch all professionals,polite couldn’t do enough for us.outside our door was table and chairs where they will bring you food if you prefer rather than the restaurant,which by the way is excellent.We ate our own food there as well sometimes which they don’t mind either.,they do great pizza s in a box which you can have out side your room as well ,only around 8euro ,The pool is fabulous great size and quite newly tiled ,hardly anyone there ever .Breakfast was first class ,eggs great cakes etc .

All the above and more ,set back from road so quiet,near supermarket,you can go to nearby nature walking area controlled the most stunning woods with lakes 5 k to beach best I have been to including the Caribbean.they only allow 140 cars to drive down so you need to reserve a space of take shuttle bus cost 20euro for 2 all day or 12euro in car up to 4 persons .we traveled all round Sardinia this was the best of the best.
