Pésimo mi mujer y yo muy descontentos

Todo cerrado para ser un hotel , aunque era el día 1 de mayo que menos que un servicio de bar o comida, es un lugar de ocio y ni se podía pedir nada para comer ni beber. ESTABA TODO CERRADO -Al día siguiente al entrar al buffet-desayuno mal trato y mala educación, sin educación ni nada nos dijeron si queréis buffet tenéis que pagar. Ni buenos días ni nada -La habitación sin papel, jabón no rellenado, y nevera vacía MUY DESCONTENTO EL SERVICIO DE LO PEOR QUE HE VISTO EN AÑOS

Dissapointing facilities not open

Clean hotel nice staff

The restaurant and bar are closed at weekends we were not informed if this until arrival the reception told us there was a bar that served food in walking distance- this was also closed 😡 after a long journey we were extremely disappointed not to be able to get a cold drink and food had we known we would have stayed elsewhere. The listing should be updated on booking.com.

honestly nothing comparing the value of money

too noisy in the morning can’t sleep. and they pushed me to pay parking even this is not stated on booking.com. no even water in the room and no where to buy around got stuck during night

Really nice room and cleaned facilities

Nice room with a confortable bed and nice facilities. Breakfast is good.

It's really hot in the room even turning off the heating system. I went there in March and I had to sleep with the window open.

Ok stay if you don't mind the long travelling time to the city centre

It's close to the airport. But far from the city centre and tourist attractions.

To go to the city centre the metro is quite far, 20mins walk. And with the metro and bus , it takes more than an hour . If u take uber €30 for a 30min ride. The hotel is clean and very basic. No kettle and coffee tea provided. Breakfast at hotel ,same food every morning.

Easy arrival and entry to garage parking, nice quiet neighbourhood with a handy bar nearby.

Scant toiletries, difficult to leave the parking and the restaurant appeared to be closed in the evening.

Could do a lot more with the bedrooms and provide correct information.

Well maintained, very clean and excellent breakfast.

Although it says on booking.com the provision of satellite/cable tv and even in their own room manual there is no English TV channels! This is unacceptable and misleading and very important to solo female travellers who don't want to walk around late at night in an unfamiliar area. The room itself is very, very basic. Soap dispensers and no tea/coffee making facilities in room which is quite unusual for a 3* hotel. Really could do a lot more to make the rooms more hospitable.

the second floor was like a sauna. when we arrived the room was extremely hot, the windows were closed and the air conditioner (old and portable) was off. we had to leave. the staff didn’t change our room or give us the money back.

It was a quiet and good breakfast

The way the building is oriented the windows from where I was face the evening sun. It gets extremely hot. They need to add the curtains that cover the window completely.

very friendly staff room good breakfast very poor and not fresh no versatilities

The breakfast was ok but the croissant etc were not fresh they where hard and maybe a few days old. the staff were very good and very helpful. and the room very clean. the worst was that the bar and restaurant closed on Saturday and Sunday at 3pm. not that good when its over 41 in the heat and you have been driving for over 5 hours. and all you want is a drink and something to eat. they sent us to a bar up the road not very clean dirty glasses etc, and very expensive. 53€ for 2 sprits and 2 tankie plus 2 x tapas.the out side was very untidy and needed sweeping clean. not a great place or area to stay.

keep the bar open for guests and restarant open NOT TO CLOSE IT AT 15:00 saturday and sunday clould not even buy a bottle of water after driving 5 hours in 41degres
