Expérience mitigée

Le personnel est très sympathique, disponible et efficace. Appartement spacieux et confortable. L'emplacement est parfait avec un service de petit train gratuit pour se rendre dans le centre ou prendre le bateau.

Nous ne savions pas que l'établissement était aussi un Club Lookea avec toutes des animations toute la journée. C'est donc assez bruyant toute la journée et pas idéal si on recherche du calme et si on souhaite se reposer. Le prix de 30€ / personne pour le buffet tout inclus paraît élevé. C'est le prix que nous retrouvons à Malaga dans des étoiles 5* avec beaucoup plus de choix et de qualité.

Alojamiento de calidad a un precio justo.

Precioso hotel con trato profesional. No jugamos al golf pero para eso es ideal. Nosotros conocimos la zona, que es increible. En plena naturaleza.

Para llegar al restaurante y recepción hay que salir al exterior. Esto es un problema cuando llueve o hace frío.

Very peaceful but would like to have had better cooking facilities

Beautiful grounds and very peaceful

The kitchen was difficult to use there were no numbers on the hob only a red light. The rings kept coming on high and burning the pans.

Family stop over

Hotel was lovely and the room was lovely, lock was broken so moved room but unfortunately no aftrnoon sun, although upgraded to a larger room so that was nice. Price was good for just out of season

The noise from the other rooms and hallway from the early risers for golf.

Beautiful surroundings

The setting and facilities were excellent.

There was nowhere in the apartment to sit in comfort and relax. The sofa bed was not at all comfortable to sit on.

the resort is well equipped , nice location close to a small town and not far away from Huelva ! the buffet dinner at the hotel was quite good, there is another restaurant and bars for snacks on the site

Friendly staff, easy assess to our apartment. Cleanliness. Hotel food, ie restaurant was excellent. Choice was extensive and hot.

2 Golf courses just outside a delightful small village with lots of eating out opportunities and alternatives to really good catering within the hotel. wonderful situation. Great pools. Great courses. Great staff. Just go there

Not family friendly. Pool cost extra, children are not permitted in the afternoon.

Very good

Good size of comfy apartment. It has got everything you needed at a reasonable price.

Some of the staffs do not speak English so a Google translators is needed if you don't speak Spanish

Lovely setting, great apartment, nice food

NO WiFi for 3 days. I know me and the wife are in our 70's but we really on WiFi for getting directions and watching TV. .This made the evenings very long.

Exceptional

Everything was fenomenal. The kids club had great activities and had wonderful people running it (high on energy and super kind). The flat was super (great view over the golf course, comfy beds and pillows, well equipped). The services level from staff was from a 5 star hotel, from the cleaning lady, to the reception to the high level detail for service at the restaurant.

Food options at the swimming pool are very reduced and not too good.

very nice place. everything was good. you will need a car to get in and move around. rompió village is very nice.

Pool need critical maintenance. Needs better cleaning practices. Learn how to receive intl. guests.

The bed was comfortable. The room had proper size, including a big balcony with stretcher beds.

The cleaning overall was not great. On the second day we caught a cleaning lady coughing a lot without a mask inside our room. The hallways were not cleaned with satisfactory frequency. The pool was falling apart (with many broken tiles). Hosts didn't want/know how to speak English. And the food was very Spanish-customer focused. Seems like international guest are not their core business (which is great, but should be advised on the booking details)

Do not expect a peaceful retreat

Good location and good service of ferry to the beach offered for free to guests. Cleaning service of the apartment included in the price.

Apartments are in a separate building to the hotel and that leads to confusion when reading reviews. Very poor value for money. Separate charge for things like safe and breakfast. Ants in the room. Crowded swimming pool not suitable for swimming. The building is used as the base for a family holiday travel company that organises activities all around the building for children and adults. That wouldn’t be a problem if the price of the room was cheaper to better reflect its value
