The Hotel was well located for the purpose of our one night stay.

Unfortunately our room faced a busy street. We did not use the balcony because of the traffic noise.

Great stay, new rooms very comfortable

Very nice new hotel close to the port of Heraklion. Amazing for a quick stay over night or even for a few days! Rooms are new and neat really enjoyed it. Friendly staff too

Location was very good and also easy/cheap to park near the port area. View from breakfast salon was nice.

From the pictures on the hotel page, it looked like everything was clear and newly refurbished, but our bathroom was very old and the room itself lacked a bit of natural light during the day. Even though it was cleaned everyday, the aspect was not one of cleanliness.

Adequate stop before catching a ferry; bathroom needs better cleaning.

Perfect location, walking distance to the port and the archeological museum. Breakfast is served at 6:45, convenient for catching an early ferry.

Bathroom was fairly mildewy around the edges.

Beautiful views of Heraklion

Nice hotel near the port and city center. Good breakfast with amazing view of port and the sea. Staff really went out of their way to get my room ready so that I could check in early in the morning.

Overall excellent for the price, especially the breakfast.

The room and the breakfast were outstanding, and so were the people. It was also close to everything! We will be coming back again! I especially liked the breakfast room with the fantastic view.

Seems like a silly complaint, but the soap dispenser was terrible. It was hard to access the soap to wash hands. I wish there was just a regular bar of soap. Had some trouble with the room heater but the staff helped fix it right away. Availability of hot water could be better.

Nice place to stay in Heraklion

The hotel is very well placed, in front of Venetian Port and very close to the center of town. The rooms facing the sea offer a beautiful view, they are good phonic isolated and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is very good, you can choose between a lot of dishes. Is served at the roof floor and offers an amazing panoramic view over the port. You can park the car on the streets arround or in the parking close to the hotel (which is better) where you can have a discount based on the agreement between the parking and the hotel.

The cleaning in the bathroom was ok but can be improoved.

Dreadful Breakfast - Disappointing stay

Bed was comfortable.

No tea or coffee facilities in room. No minibar. Grout in bathroom needs cleaning. Breakfast very disappointing.

it’s a nice, value hotel. it’s just not for us.

the location is good. but parking for checking in is hard. there is only one spot. and if it’s taken there is no way to park for check in. we had to circle around to get to a spot.

the staff were super nice and helped us get an extra room. but the room smells.

Some staff where a bit zealous n arrogant. No toaster to toast bread is a major faux par.and tiolet would not fluxh. Mentioned to front desk but still the same before departure.

it was close to the port for our onward travel. The breakfast was very nice.

I got stuck in the bathroom because the door lock was poorly maintained. the shower screen was very dirty

Just a short stay while electric was being fix at my apartment. This is a very nice budget friendly

I was only here for 6 hours while the electric was being fixed at my apartment. Small but pleasant room. Great staff, no A/c but a nice breeze from window.

Great location for access to harbor and sites.

Friendly Mike and others at the front desk went beyond to make our stay pleasant. Provided us with several things to make our stay in the room more enjoyable. We were in room #501 and it had a great view of the harbor with a big balcony with table and chairs to enjoy watching the harbor activity early morning late at night. It faced the east so morning sun was beautiful. Room was rather small, but sufficient. Excellent buffet breakfast one floor up with panoramic views of the harbor. Breakfast generously started at 06:45 so easy to get an early start to the day (especially if you are driving to Knossos and need to be there exactly at 08:00 to beat the hordes of bus/cruise crowds!) Great walking location to harbor as well as up to the main pedestrian area to enjoy the sites and evening stroll for dining.

Sadly, the bathroom was a bit small, drab and lacked an electrical outlet for appliances like shaver. Toilet tissue holder was very low to the left of the toilet. Really quite a hard position.

Modern hotel near harbor with great balcony views

The view off balcony and in the top floor breakfast room was what is pictured and exceptional. I loved sitting on our balcony. The hotel is walking distance to the Harbor, downtown, Archaeological Museum, and bus station. Breakfast, with fresh squeezed orange juice, is excellent, even if is an additional charge. The staff is very professional, courteous, and helpful. The room is modern and up to date.

Overall satisfactory

We had a number of problems in room 503 relating to access but the staff were very helpful. Mike and Costas were especially helpful ensuring that our keys to both the room and the safe worked and also our air conditioning.

The room had a very large balcony and a very small bathroom! It was really tricky manoeuvring around the bathroom. The sink was wonky and the plug didn’t work.
