Situated in Orange, this lovely condo for £80 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Nestled away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a beautiful part of Orange is “Claremont Studio”. Freshly painted, brand new carpet and high-quality appliances have given this studio a fresh and modern feel. Claremont Studio is situated on the ground floor of our permanent residence and has one modest sized bedroom (including built-ins and a queen-sized bed); a fully equipped laundry (including washing machine and dryer); kitchen (including a dishwasher, oven, large fridge & a coffee machine!); a bathroom as well as a generous sized lounge room. There is also a small private garden courtyard with outdoor table/seating and a small clothesline. Claremont Studio has two entrances – both are separate and totally private from our residence. There is a lock-box (if required) to collect your key & complimentary wi-fi is available. We also offer a light breakfast (for the first morning of your stay). Claremont Studio has a Minimum stay of 2 nights. Situated near Wentworth and Duntryleague this property is suited to visitors coming to Orange for a variety of events such as Wine Week; Food Week; Australian National Field Days; sporting tournaments as well as the working professional seeking a “home away from home”. With a bus stop at the end of the street, it is only a short trip into town.

A one bed apartment more than a studio, making the stay very comfortable. Room for visitors in the lounge. Bec and Ben were great hosts, both invisible and available. Would definitely choose to stay there again.

The property is in a beautiful part of town. Our hosts, including Gus the dog, were very welcoming. The studio was quiet, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful little apartment. Well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge room for two people. A very quiet location that made getting out to countryside or into town easy. Hosts very friendly and accomodating.

Fabulous stay. Ben and Bec were excellent hosts - the apartment was warm when we arrived. Amenities were first rate from the laundry facilities, the kitchen to the bathroom with fluffy soft towels. We had everything we needed for several nights stay. We would stay again and thoroughly recommend the property to other travellers who like to have a comfortable homey stay.

My stay at this property was excellent. There were some really lovely personal touches all the way through from check in to check out, and the hosts were a delight to deal with. The studio apartment was beautiful and my whole stay was really comfortable and relaxing, despite being a work trip! I will definitely return for my next work trip and am already looking forward to it.

The cottage was lovely and spotlessly clean. Gus was such a lovely addition and we so enjoyed his visits. Ben was very quick to respond and resolve the issue when the power points were tripped. Great stay and would love to return in the future.

Lovely weekend away and such a good week to go..the Orange Food and Wine trail. Wonderful wineries and delish meal. The accommodation was very very good…..the cleanliness and presentation was excellent. Such a cute doggie visitor…Gus..🐶🐶🐶

This apartment is nestled within the lash gardens of this beautiful property. The entrance is easily located but offers complete privacy. The property is tastefully & thoughtfully presented. It is spacious, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The hosts have tried to ensured there is absolutely nothing more their guests need. Communicating with the hosts is simple and they have a comprehensive list of how things work and suggestions of highlights of the area. We will be back.

We visited for leisure purposes as part of a road trip. This accommodation is clean, spacious and user-friendly. Everything needed is on hand, plus some thoughtful inclusions. It is located in pleasant surroundings in a quiet area. The hosts communicate clearly and promptly and written information and suggestions are provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Orange and have no hesitation in recommending this lovely apartment and the city and surrounds.

We have just spent 5 nights in Calare. It’s very spacious - a good sized one bedroom flat including laundry - and it’s very quiet and comfortable. The owners were delightful and checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory. I can highly recommend it as a great place to stay in Orange.

Couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodation - very clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Convenient base for sightseeing the area and just a few minutes drive to town. Beautiful, spacious 1BR apartment with privacy; well-stocked with the little "necessities"; in very quiet street. Bec and Ben were very welcoming and helpful. Not walking distance to the city centre, but close enough to the main east-west road that becomes Summer St to make navigating straightforward. Highly recommended.

The property was a fantastic large studio apartment with separate kitchen, lounge, bathroom, laundry and bedroom. Ben and Bec were great hosts who were prompt and accommodating with requests and information. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and cleaned immaculately. The bedroom has it's own air conditioner, which came in very handy. The lounge room was spacious and lead off into a small outside space for relaxing. And Gus is the sweetest extra house guest you can imagine!

The perfect place to relax in a tranquil setting, then refresh and rejuvenate, in all that beautiful Orange has to offer.....on your doorstep. The owners have thought of everything, even supplying a screw driver which came in handy when opening a local bottle of prosecco with a stubborn screw top not wanting to be opened by the supplied bottle opener. Waking up every morning to the chirping of birds outside bedroom window was refreshing. A big thanks Ben and Bec for your thoughtfulness and focus on detail of contemporary decor to make guests feel at home.

We were warmly greeted by Bec on our arrival and she was happy to answer any questions. Claremont studio was very clean, comfortable , with a comfortable bed and good pillows, and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space and we had everything we needed. It was very nice to have little extra surprises there for us too. The studio is located in a good area of Orange and it is an easy drive back in to the main centre. We would definitely recommend staying here.

My seven nights staying in the Studio were ideal for a working person . Situated in a quiet street just out of Orange it was a peaceful and comfortable haven. Easy to set up home as cooking and washing facilities couldn’t be bettered. Recommended to everyone! Special thanks to the owner who , though rarely seen or heard was always ready to assist .
