Lack of hygiene

No thing

Lack of hygiene. No air conditioner at rooms. Every thing is poor and old need to be maintained The kettle is not working . The quilt is not cleaned and its color changed to yellow color. The somking smell is in the rooms. No hot water coming for shower because of one water heater for all rooms. Every thing is old and not as expections. I woke up sick from my nose because of the smells of smoke and dampness.

Not worth staying with family, very dirty room no cleaniness

Breakfast was ok, surroundings was ok

Did not like the room at all, very messy, not cleaned at all..spiders, ants moving around. Would not recommend anyone to visit here atleast not with family

The price we paid didn't balance with the condition we got.

Building is old, room facilities are old, luckily we stayed in 2 connecting rooms which bathroom had been renovated

Location: super nice, quite, we were lucky getting a good bungalow facing the pool and nice mountain view. Go for bungalow number 5 or 6. Staff: spoke proper English! But anyway, we used bahasa, and they were very polite as well Facilities: building is old, but facilities works properly. Especially hot water. The swimming pool was also clean. Meal: booking included breakfast, but no option. They provided chicken fried rice and hot tea. Good enough, tasty for morning meals as well. And it is totally fine considering the condition/season we were staying. Overall: recommend, shall they keep up the performance of service. There's always room for improvement, not from staffs but managers and owners :)

Location: location wise, fair enough to went through residences, if you want to gain views and be away from noises. Yet, lacking of clear and bright signage, and the road needs to be fix. Amenities: we did booking for 6 pax, but amenities only enough for 2-3 pax. And since it's a bungalow, they can at least provide dish-washing tools and so on Communication: we got lost because the google maps pointed different location. They provide whatsapp number for contact, but only after we gave a call, they did check the chat :s
