Nice staff

Lots of space, location to old Town, sunny terrace for drying laundry. Great to have a washing machine.

Dining chairs were too small and uncomfortable and too low for the dining table.

Very well located Ibiza town, clean, clear instructions on late checkin, equipped with basic things that worked well and were enough for my stay. They have a safe in the apartment. Personnel had good attitude.

Theres a construction going on in front of the apartment. Noisy in the morning. But if you start your day early it wont be a problem 😬

Rooms need a proper clean between guests. Too much hair under sofa, on balcony etc from previous guests. Everything works but a bit old or basic A bit overpriced
