Absolutely amazing vacation! Best place for families and couples

- Private pool with ocean view - we got an upgraded room even though we paid for a garden-view room - Less than a minute walk from the room to the beautiful beach - Activities for kids - The friendly staff and animation team - were always nice to our 1yo baby and us - Manolis from the pool bar - incredible drinks and the nicest person - The reception team who welcomed us at the hotel was exceptional!

- Most of the time the towels in the room were dirty - Pool towels exchange spot is on one edge of the hotel instead of having at least two spots + the exchange hours are very limited - There's a photographer from the hotel staff that is very friendly and takes a lot of photos and only then tells you it costs 20 euro, could have told us before

The food was very average, the restaurants were extremely busy and loud at all times The pools were so cold it was hard to spend more than a few mins swimming at a time, im pleased we didn't book a room with a pool as it would have been too cold to make use of. Entertainment was good for kids, but most evening things started at 9.15pm so a bit late for our toddler

We had a perfect time at lyttos beach hotel!!! We came to celebrate my birthday and stayed for 4 days. Every day was amazing, and there is so much to do at the hotel. There are many pools, Olympics, warm pools and regulars. A fun water park with water slides that are crazy! There is a supermarket full of good stuff, a gaming arcade, biliard, and sports center. The all inclusive experience was amazing. There was a large variety of tasty food, at all times of the day from the early morning until the middle of the night! In about 10 different restaurants and bars at the hotel. The crew was absolutely wonderful!! They made our experience perfect. They all were so kind and helpful, and did everything so we will be happy and have the greatest time. Special thank you to the wonderful manager, Giorgos Bolakis. You made our holiday at your hotel beyond every expectations, and you do everything with a smile! I strongly recommend every one who is looking for a dream vacation in crete to book a room in this wonderful heaven. You won't want to leave the hotel and will enjoy every minute of it. It was astonishing, thank you for everything! ❤️

we had the perfect familly vacation, Thank you!

We took a taxi from the airport, 45€ and the ride was 25 minutes. After a delayed flight we we’re suprised the check in took only 3 minutes. All the staff was great and we had a really good vibe about the place. The food was really good and they had a lot of choices, our 4 year old keeps asking every day when are we going back here.

The rooms were very comfortable (excellent bed) and well insulated from noise. The food in the restaurant was very plentiful and of very high quality. Numerous very pleasant swimming pools.

the beach is very unpleasant. there is no sand but rocky plates on which it is painful to walk.

well handled, staff was helpful and welcoming, food was great, clean

the check in wasn't pleasant. there was a staff member that was very inpatient, didn't understand well English, did mistakes. I would expect a much more pleasant staff on the first welcoming.

Outstanding hitel

Overall, a great hotel. Spotlessly clean, attentive staff, good food and amazing facilities. The swimming pools, waterpark and football/tennis courts are outstanding. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble and everything is geared to just letting you enjoy your stay. The only improvements I would suggest are better quality soft drinks. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place

Perfect family hotel, with all the facilities you need for a summer vacation. Beautiful location, great, helpful staff, quality food, lots of pools and aquapark for the kids. We loved it all!

Great choice for all inclusive for families

We liked everything and enjoyed our stay. There are many restaurants and snack bars. The food is amazing. Everyday there was a variety of food. Many pools. The water park is awesome for the kids and the adults. There are animation shows in the evenings. Beautiful facilities.

I don’t know why but there was no shower gel in the room (maybe a mistake from the cleaners, nevertheless the rooms were cleaned spotless everyday and each day there were two water bottles left). One more thing, as non smokers we are not used to smell cigarette smokes from the balconies (but nothing can be done there I guess). And lastly, the beach is rocky (but still it was cool to be next to the beach).

It is a budget friendly hotel and you get what you pay for.

The water park was great and there were plenty of pools for people to enjoy. The property also sits on a nice beach area.

There are no a la carte restaurants- only buffet. In addition, the cleaning staff didn’t do a good job (we found moldy food and plates in our room from a previous occupant). The cleaning staff would also barge into your room and didn’t even knock first, even with a “do not disturb” sign in the door.
