Beautiful hotel and stunning pool with plenty of lounging options. The pool really may have been the best one I've ever seen. The staff were very helpful and kind. It was a great value with everything you need for a lovely getaway. It's also just a 10 minute flat walk from the beach.

I had the all inclusive, which was great overall, but the meals were a bit redundant. There were many options, but I didn't love the food.

There is no car park as they advertise - only a few spaces outfront that are obviously always taken. You can leave your car at the back of the hotel in the street, many spots available there. Dinner is a disaster - do not book it - because of the very limited timing the restaurant is overcrowded. Much better at breakfast, food is alright

We stayed two nights and wanted to extend for one night more. I made a mistake in booking, booked a room one day earlier and realized that another day. I wanted to change the date, the booking application allowed me to do that because they had one room available but the hotel did not want to do that so we were left without a room for that day and needed to pack our bags and leave. The room was available that day on booking.com until late evening so I guess they just wanted to sell the room for a bigger price which is a shame to lose a customer forever for insignificant money. Besides that, the hotel was really good, but they kinda ruined our vacation leaving us without a room.

The snack bar was good and liked the choice on the menu. Pool area was also well planned out. Location was good and also good to have a shop onsite. Good entertainment team.

The glass doors on the bathroom, plastic cups at the pool, walls thin so noisy in rooms.

We've been on the 14th floor and the view from balcony was beautiful. Room was very clean and nicely prepared for us. There are many options to select for breakfast. Cool swimming pool and outside equipments.

the lifts takes a while and we were in the middle so we always encounter people in the lift already so we had to wait longer to get a empty lift as we have the buggy and 3 kids. the balcony has small gap at the edges of the balcony. this is not child friendly and unfortunately we have not able to let kids roam safely at that area

Staff was nice and helpful, food was good and quite diverse and the beds were very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the variety of fresh fruit offered for both breakfast and dinner. The room was spacious and looked fresh and clean. AC was functioning properly and was not too loud. Nice view from the rooftop. Also easy to orientate, since this hotel is the tallest building in the area. We could see it almost all the way from Alcudia :)

1) I deeply disliked the slamming of doors in our corridor (also by the cleaning staff) which was a horrible way of waking up in the morning. If you are a morning person (I am not), then this is not an issue. 2) The sea view was actually SIDE sea view, which was a bit disappointing (the picture on booking.com seems to be misleading, apparently there are no double rooms on the side with direct sea view, those are the junior suites according to the explanation provided by the staff...). 3) Our shower cabin was leaking a lot, so it was annoying to have to wipe away the puddle after each shower (the water would spill into the hallway otherwise). We appreciated that the hotel technician tried to fix this issue, but unfortunately he didn't really succeed. I had no energy left to complain again :) 4) The mini fridge was not cooling down properly (even if the electricity was uninterrupted), so one cannot count on storing food in there. 5) It was a pity that the rooftop bubble pool closes at 18.00, as we were hoping to use it in the evenings (the heat on the rooftop in daytime was unbearable).

Miguel and Pedro in the restaurant are fabulous. The pool, grounds and entire building are immaculate The location is within walking distance of the beach and shops of Can Picafort but immediately beside the hotel is a petrol station with car wash etc which was a bit noisy but really didn't bother us.

The pool restaurant food is really repetitive, not good quality and generally not very nice. They have a 2 drink rule per person on all inclusive for any drinks including soft drinks and we were a group of 3 which meant at least 2 of us had to go to the bar to order mainly just soft drinks, I felt the bar staff could be better trained and more polite to their guests.. We have stayed here once before so were returning guests but won't be returning again as we felt the general quality of the food was not as good and it felt like corners were being cut perhaps to save money. There are pool rules but no-one to implement them, it was very busy and there was meant to be no inflatables, ball games or drinks in the pool but there was every day. We paid extra for a sea view room which was so small we had to upgrade our room and were made to pay full price for the upgrade. We spoke to a number of other regular returning guests who also said they may not return after this stay. There is very little storage in the bedrooms, no drawers at all and the first room we were in was so small that we couldn't even unpack. Also lastly this is a 14 storey building and the lifts are small and slow so be prepared to wait at peak times.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The reception staff were all so helpful and pleasant. The room was lovely in terms of space/facilities and the beds were lovely. Breakfast was superb, fresh and plenty of choice and I always found somewhere to sit easily. The pool areas were stunning although this was because it was also quiet. There were loads of beds and different areas to relax.

I had read on previous reviews thatt he walls are thin and sound travels. I underestimated how true this was. If a room above or adjacent to mine used their bathroom it literally sounded like somebody was in my room. I caould also hear conversations from the floor above. I was half board and thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. However, whilst the food at dinner was nice the eating experience was not a good 4* standard. The dining room was busy and it just wasnt a particularly pleasant dining experience, more an eat and leave time.
