Good location, easy to walk to town and old town. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean.

Very small room, was not in great shape. Paint/wallpaper peeling off walls near bed. Paint peeling off ceiling in bathroom. Door handle is broken, and detaches from door. Reading light is broken. Stains on bed cover.

We had booked parking, but upon arriving were told we had to park in the public parking. There was a lot of misunderstanding and confusion on how to get a reduced rate (11E/day) as if they had never guests with a car (despite advertising they had parking). They tried to charge us twice the amount of the price on booking. The heating was fully on and could not be turned off, making the room a sauna. Our 'superior' room had no hot water which is unacceptable. They fixed it the first day by turning off the cold water supply, this meant we could not flush the toilet anymore. But the second day we had no hot water once again. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Receptionist was very nice and arranged everything for our very late check in.

There were 2 bars on the street right under the window of our room. It was a little bit noisy.

The first room we were offered had no a/c (some don't apparently). In the heatwave, this was unbearable. They kindly changed the room to one with a/c. The second room was better but rather cramped and somewhat shabby. The location is really at the 'wrong end' of the city centre.

The bed was comfortable, the location was ok but a little further out of the centre than I would have liked.

The shower looked impressive but I was unable to get any hot water. The toilet kept running so had to be tweaked and the towels were old and full of holes. The door to the room was difficult to open and the lights on the landing didn't come on automatically until approached. Internet did not reach to the room on the 5th floor meaning that I had to go down to the small area on the ground floor to use the internet and there were no socket there.

The staff was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. Even with little English skill we figured it out. Very happy with my stay.

The receptionist was very friendly. She went above and beyond making sure we got all we needed. The room was impeccably clean. The location was right in the middle of everything.

In town centre and a lovely town to visit.

Hotel advertised with restaurant, bar and parking. Did not have restaurant or bar however there where plenary near. Parking I had to share a space although they did not charge me. I could not get hot water through my shower however, and the room was very small. No breakfast option/ pretty poor but cheep.

The staff could not have been more helpful, assisting us with off-site parking (an unknown person had parked in our space) and carrying our luggage, as we had to park in a nearby shopping centre.

People travelling with pets should be aware that you are not permitted to leave them alone in the room. Car parking is a few doors down from the hotel and there are few spaces available, so you need to book.
