Very clean, the front desk is very nice Neptali is helpful. Great plants in the gardens. In the center of town . you can catch a van that takes you to the beach in front.. The restaurant is convenient and tasty. Great a/C.

Lowest price in Tapachula (even cheaper when booked via mobile phone), most central, has all essentials for the price paid (hot water, aircon, clean toilets, Internet), friendly and helpful staff.

Bedding covers look scary at first sight: ugly colors and unattractive (I wondered if they were clean). They simply "appear" old. Hotel could change them and rooms will be perfect. Not a negative rating as they seem to be clean. Just look ugly colors!

The beds and pillows were very comfy. The place was extremely tidy and quiet. Staff were lovely and definitely a good price.

This property is super close from the bus ADO so it’s good if you want to stay just for one day . Good price for what it is and nice deco

A little but disappointed… There are some insects in the toilet and we had some issues with the water (it was not water in the night till the morning almost when we needed to do the checkout. The lady that is in the morning is super nice but the person that is in the night doesn’t seem to care for the customer service . The internet doesn’t work in the room

The staff was friendly and it is located a few blocks away from the city centre, there are a few restaurants nearby

There was no Wifi in the room, we went out for dinner and upon coming back there was a huge cockroach in the room, so it was not 100% clean
