zeer verzorgd, volledig vernieuwd hotel; uitbaters doen er alles aan om het hun gasten zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.
voortreffelijk, uitgebreid ontbijt.
grotere lift zou beter zijn, maar dit is bouwtechnisch moeilijk.

Check-in verliep uiterst vlot! Locatie top! Goede TV's met alle nodige kanalen om in de avond te relaxen.
Regendouche zalig.. Uiterst propere en stille kamers.

De locatie met de kermis voor de deur was zeer gezellig.
Geen tot weinig personeel. Kwam vrijdag 19.30 uur aan. Keycard met en code gekregen via sleutel kastje niks mis mee. Zaterdag zondag was de thee lounge open tot 16.30. Dat is eigenlijk het enige persoon die ik gezien heb en op de handdoeken dames na dan die kwamen maandag ook nog. Ik verbleef een week van vrijdag tot vrijdag. Maar van af maandag tot vrijdag niemand gezien. Me wc was ook verstopt dus maar ontstopper gekocht. Want niemand was bereikbaar. Het nummer beneden op de deur is ook niet in gebruik

Super heerlijke grote bedden; Ontbijt was zeer verzorgd en in orde.
Alles wat nodig is is aanwezig; Comfortabele en keurige kamers (Type moderne kamer); Zeer rustige gelegen maar toch midden in het centrum;

We booked a modern small double room, it's not that small. For us it was more than enough and had a great stay!

Very clean property. Breakfast was everything you needed. Very cozy place.
Though they do not have 24/7 physical reception, they are very available on digital reception by Whatsapp. Who needs 24/7 physical reception anyway nowadays.

Breakfast was nice, and a private entrance to go in and out whenever you want.

Lovely property, nice cosy room and very friendly staff.
My phone could connect to the wifi but it would not be able to connect to the internet through the wifi, or only for a couple of minutes. Ended up using my mobile data instead.

Nice place and that's it. very small room, it was super-cold in it, they didn’t want to give us an extra blanket, we had to insist. The room smelled bad and was not comfortable.

Hotel Cardiff is a hidden gem in Ostend! It scores top marks across the board. The proprietor (Kay) went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed all Ostend has to offer. After drinks at the Tea Room and great restaurant recommendations, we retired to our modern, clean, and comfortable room for a great nights sleep. In the morning we were treated to a very nice breakfast to start the day. I will stay at Hotel Cardiff when I return to Ostend.

Slept very good. Breakfast was great. Afternoon Tea was delicious and authentic. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Clean, safe & quiet, even though in the center of the city. The stay really felt like being in a protective cocoon!! I also appreciate the convenience of self check in.
I expected there to be a kettle for coffee & tea.

Hotel very centrally located. Late check-in easy peasy with instructions provided by the hotel.

It is a really nice and calm hotel just some minutes from the beach away.
The self-check in was working really nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
I didn’t like the pictures in our rooms but that just a personal opinion.
The owner of the hotel are really friendly and heartwarming.
