Everything you read in the other reviews is true. Spectacular beach (truly wonderful), very nice camp ground with lots of trees and shade, helpful staff, very clean, has a pool that can be used and a beach bar that offers drinks and some food. On the downside I will repeat what others have said: in the older and cheaper places furniture is totally run down (looks like your grandmas house from the 80’s that never saw a reservation), old mattress in the smaller beds, badly equipped kitchen, the windows didn‘t hold the rain, and the parking spots are ridiculously small. Our neighbor needed 20min to back out of his spot when we were there. After two days he gave up and parked somewhere else apparently. Not even no Wifi but we had absolutely no connection whatsoever in our place (digital detox vacation 😂). If you are prepared for what you are getting yourself into and don’t have high expectations it’s a nice place to spend a week of vacation but don’t say nobody told you about the disadvantages 😏.

There was basically no introduction to the place so we didn’t know how things worked there, where to buy fresh bread (there is a very cute small store called Pane in walking distance that has everything you need to survive), where the beach was…. Plus is that they helped us with the questions we addressed them with. Careful: Towels are not included. Bring them or pay extra.

The location was nice with not too many people in isolated area. It was not too noisy either. The nature was good, the beach clean.(with only 1 fragment of glass found). Accommodation sufficient if you are not expecting a 5 star hotel. It's a camping, so better than in a tent. It has several barbecues areas with only metal grill on it, but I fine.

Quiet hour that prevents cars going in and out 13-15, 23-8. It's not convenient when you need to run arrands.

1) Pretty good mobile house, a little old, but solid. description and photos on the site corresponded to reality. Inside there is a kitchen, there are all kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, a gas stove, bathroom, air conditioning. 2) The nearest grocery store is in the neighboring Ca' Savio camping, but the prices are much more expensive ther than in local supermarket, where to go by bike 7 minutes, walk 20 minutes. 3) in the summer time there is an express bus from Punta Sabioni to Mestre Trainstation through Airport Marco Polo (7,50 euro) 4) beach bars on the nearby beach but still close. 5) you can pay 45 euros per week for a sun umbrella, sunbed and chair 5) a beach clean, the water - super!. 5) In principle, I felt safe and peaceful in this place, around the pines with jays and squirrels. :-).

1) For cleaning took an additional 45 euros, although there was an illusion that you could clean it yourself. should include these 45 euros in the total bill, and not leave it for unpleasant surprises. 2) the double bed was made of two separate mattresses and it was sometimes uncomfortable 3) Be sure to take something from mosquitoes, there are a lot of them everywhere, although there were not so many of them at the camping, maybe they process them, I don’t know, but in the evening on the beach there is mosquito hell.

Cozzy camping with lot of greenery. Nice Garden. Clean pool. Good location, very close to the ferry stop to Venice.

Most of bungalows are old with only basic equipment. No microwave. No teapot. Only those with Garden view are new ones. Saturday night was full of loud music.

The camping site is very nicely located within a pine forest. We had a mobile home with a family of 5 and it worked well. Free access to beach is possible. You can also get a ticket for one place at the beach, though we did not use it.

In the evening there is a moderate amount of mosquitos.

The camping is located next to a wide beach, where the sea is very shallow and warm. It's pretty close to "Downtown" Ca' Savio with restaurants, caffees and shops. It's also a perfect base for trips to Venice, Murano, Burano, etc.. There are two swimming pools, one for kids, the other for adults, with just enough space.

Wi-fi was only available near the reception building; there was a loud outdoor disco nearby but it usually ended before midnight; mobile homes were not brand new, however in a reasonable condition; parking lots were very tight and required special skills :D
